This house was amazing. It had everything you could think of for a long term stay. I was using this house waiting for my housing and the host were friendly and accommodating. Location is close to everything you could think of and the neighborhood was quiet. 10/10 would stay here again if needed.

The location this time of year was magical because of the Christmas lights throughout the neighborhood. It was a cute, quiet place with an awesome backyard that over looks a park! Had an excellent stay without any issues.

We really enjoyed this home and the location was great. We visited Colorado Springs, Denver, and Boulder each on a different day. The drives were not too long at all. It’s definitely conveniently located. The accommodations were also great. The deck and the backyard were super cute and we enjoyed sitting outside. I highly recommend!

Check in was great with a key access pad on the front door. The house was perfect for our family with the three stories and a great backyard to enjoy. The house was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets. The neighborhood was quiet with great access to Southlands shopping center. E-470 access within five minutes.

We were attending a dog show at the fairgrounds and this house was perfect for our needs. The backyard was fully fenced with a nice grassy area. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t at the house very much. Perfect spot for 4 singles to have their own space, but it would be great for a group as well! The kitchen was well stocked for all your needs & lots of spaces to sit & eat.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet neighborhood

We were visiting family but wanted more room and space than a hotel. This home was perfect for our family and my boys really enjoyed having the basement to themselves. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need including coffee which was very nice! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and sitting on the deck enjoying coffee every morning was something we looked forward to. We would take walks or go to the playground to burn off some energy.

Large and Great Location

My family and I traveled to Denver for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. This house was in the perfect location for us. It was within 20-30 min to downtown Denver, depending on traffic and only about 15 min from the fields where we played. I would 100% book this house again. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The 3 and half bathrooms were a God send with 3 daughters! The rooms are spacious and the finished basement was the ideal spot for my kids. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, TV, and a little game table. The girls never had to leave there while we were in the house lol The only thing I would recommend is adding a grill. There is such a nice deck off the back that overlooks a playground and nice yard. A patio set and grill would be absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is so quiet and family friendly. I really cannot say enough about how lucky we feel to have found this place. Some other families from our team did not fair as well with their picks but we found ours to be perfect! Thanks for letting us rent for the week😊
