About this property

Sunrises at the beach, sunsets at the marsh. It doesn't get better than this!

Beautiful beach house, 6 blocks to beach, 4 blocks to intercoastal. Restaurants, at each end of the street. Upstairs and downstairs Screened in porches, for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning, as well as a wrap around porch. Backyard as well as all driveway access. Quiet street for lots of R&R.

*please note there is another rental on site, they have their own parking, porch and space in the back, mother-in-law suite. No shared spaces.

We do allow ONE PET, upon approval, with a $100 fee. There are other animals and people, please do not bring more than one, again, ON APPROVAL

* Also, we cannot split weekends. Friday and Saturdays must be together.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for, very clean, beds were comfortable, house was decorated with lots of positivity the location was perfect.Great communication with owner and she had amazing suggestions for food and things to do around town.

Total failure

No one informed me the reservation was cancelled and i was forced to find other accomidations when i was 30 min from the property. Vrbo was no help in finding me an alternative lication

Perfect Rental

We were six women on a business trip and the house was ideal. The house was extremely clean. It was stocked with everything we needed from kitchen tools to bath soaps. Location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist center. Owner was very accessible.

So cute

The house was very cute and beachy. Managed to get all 10 in our group sleeping comfortably. There was no parking at the beach access, but since it wasn't far we made it work. Would definitely stay here again.

Great memories!

House accommodated everything we needed to enjoy a great week as a family. The property really made us feel at home and very comfortable. Owners were fantastic communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, everything was accessible, from beach to grocery store all within a mile. Absolutely loved downtown St Augustine, a must see!! A great vacation altogether!

Birthday Visit

We stayed at the home for our son's 15th birthday! We ended up having a few more kids with us than originally planned but there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was super clean and everyone thought it was beautiful/amazing. It is a gorgeous house and a perfect location! Loved it!!

Great property

The home is spacious and in a great residential location. The marsh / river is at the end of the block and the beach is 5-6 blocks away. 3 BR, 1bath upstairs with a LR. area. The main floor has the MB w bath, kitchen. DR , half bath and another LR with a wraparound porch. Very spacious! Very safe location with friendly neighbors. Well equipped house. Stores and restaurants within 5 min from home. Short 13 min drive to the old historic town. Pet friendly home, nice to have bikes, Molly the porch cat is super friendly and driveway is long enough for many cars. Highly recommend this place. !

Family Getaway at the Beach

This is the perfect place to sit back and relax. It’s not even a 10 minute walk to the beautiful powdery beach, where you can watch the sunrise or walk along the surf. In the evening a short few minutes walk to the end of the street and you’re at the marsh, where you’ll experience a spectacular sunset. They provide bikes and beach toys to use. The only draw back was the lack of a BBQ. We were told that previous guests had misused the grill and caused property damage. This reason was understandable. The neighbourhood was friendly and shops not far away. The hosts were great and easy to contact. The perfect summer getaway in the middle of winter.

Clean, comfortable house in a great location

Our big family stayed here with a wide range of ages and everyone enjoyed it and was comfortable. The place is very clean and was easy to keep up with. The teens liked the upper floor balcony, the younger kids liked the wrapped around porch. We liked that the lower living room didn't have a TV to distract us. I had several questions for the host and she answered very quickly. I didn't read the description closely enough and didn't realize there's no washer or dryer so plan accordingly. The location is great....a very short walk takes you to a popular restaurant and marsh views. A longer walk takes you to the beach; it's a bit long if you have little kids but very doable with school age and up. Lots to do nearby...the town is a 15 minute drive, the alligator farm, state park, pier, etc, are even closer. Definitely recommend this house!

"A True Misrepresentation"

The house was in a great location, and it was relatively clean, however there were a couple of dead bugs in the corner, probably because the cleaning crew did not do a great job. There were beautiful decorative table chairs in the listing, but we had black and white TIN chairs. The shower liners were NASTY, not clean, we bought new ones. The dishwasher was nasty, so we washed dishes by hand. The light in the oven did not go off. There was only "1" ONE television and it was upstairs. The listing showed a beautifully decorated room with a television, which happened to be in the loft, where one of us (4 on a girls’ trip) could not climb the stairs. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO WATCH MOVIES TOGETHER! There was no 4th Bedroom. It was a "WALK-IN CLOSET/sitting room or computer room” with a Trundle Bed and the bottom bed did not have enough space to come out. Double doors that did not latch. A BR by law, has a closet. The listing was not TRULY correct! We did not bring a PET, but Ms. Molly, the cat, kept trying to come in and was successful. We are not CAT fans, so we ran around trying to get her out. There are not 3 bathrooms, but 2 1/2. 4 senior friends, who could not watch movies together, and one Not having a bedroom! Very Disappointed!
