This cozy, spacious, family friendly home is centrally located in St. Augustine. Only 5 miles from the historic downtown area and 6.5 miles from the closest beach! Located right off of US1 and close to many great restaurants. This home has multiple TVs, puzzles and games, wireless internet, and a nice outdoor space with a screened in back porch. Fenced in back yard, Pet friendly. 3 bedrooms and a couch with a pull out bed can sleep up to 8 people. You will find a binder filled with recomendations for the best local restaurants, beach spots, and fun activities to do while you are visiting beautiful St. Augustine! There are even some beach toys and beach towels you can use to take to the beach. Full sized washer and dryer are available for use in the garage area. Fully stocked kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer for your use.

A beautiful homey stay in St. Augustine south! Staying here made us feel right at home. The location is spectacular, everything is close to a 15 minute drive or less! This place has a spacious fenced in backyard too for your 4 legged friend! Will definitely be booking here again!

Great house in St. Augustine

We had a family visit to the area. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few miles from the historic district. I enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch. It is a 2 bedroom with a futon in the playroom area.
