Enjoy this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa—a perfect retreat for your group of up to eight guests. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, while the guest bedroom contains an additional sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper sofa provided in the living area for an additional sleeping space. Indulge in luxury in the primary bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom with an oversized tub and separate walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation. The guest bedroom offers added convenience with a kitchenette and small dining area for two. In the separate living and dining area, unwind in front of the large TV with premium cable and movie channels, or enjoy movie nights with the DVD player. Prepare delicious meals in the full kitchen, equipped with a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Gather around the large dining table for up to six guests for shared meals and quality time together. Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and fireplace, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Limited parking on property, as Park City is very accessible with free transportation; therefore, we recommend booking a shuttle/taxi from the airport, if possible.
For those who are driving to the resort:
All Villa types (studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom) will receive one (1) parking pass. Onsite parking is not guaranteed. Additional parking may be purchased at an additional cost of $25/day for two bedroom units only (subject to change). All one- bedroom and studio guest suites do not have access to additional parking permits.
Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
This is a Cashless Resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Housekeeping is not included with the stay. To add on services for a fee, please contact the resort after you've received your final confirmation.
All U.S. Postal Service mail must include a P.O. Box to be delivered to the resort. The full mailing address is: 1305 Lowell Avenue, PO Box 4109, Park City, UT 84060
Incoming Packages are available for pickup in the lobby upon delivery. All incoming packages over one (1) pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.
There will be no handling fees for groceries. The resort will hold delivery for 24 hours before disposing of items. Perishable items are not guaranteed cold storage as space is limited.
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
