This condo is the largest unit in the Snowcrest complex, boasting 1000 square feet, and is fully equipped for your vacation stay.

The downstairs master bedroom has a QUEEN memory foam bed (Casper Mattress), mirrored wardrobe doors, minimum of 300 thread count cotton sheets, down comforter and an HD Roku smart tv with full cable. There is a full bathroom downstairs off the hallway.

The kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully decorated in granite and comes with all appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc). The living room has a 50" HD Smart samsung tv as well as Chromecast. Also an electric fireplace and comfortable leather sofa with views of Park City Mountain resort and golf course. There is also an expandable dining table that seats up to 6 along with an island breakfast bar.

A spiral staircase off the living room brings you upstairs to an inviting loft with two twin beds. There is another Queen bedroom after the loft with a Full bathroom upstairs (bathroom is between the loft and private bedroom so no need to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the unit. A high end private HE WASHER & DRYER has been added for your convenience.

I also have another 2 bedroom + loft in the Snowcrest complex (850 square feet) which also may be available.

Please note: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR in this complex and both of my units are on the 3rd floor. If you are coming for a ski/snowboard/active vacation this won't be be an issue for most but If climbing stairs is problematic for you or someone in your group, please do not rent in this complex on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
