This villa is one of the very best we've experienced as renters. The photos on VRBO's website are accurate in conveying the quality and beauty of the property, and moreover there are no parts of the villa or the grounds that are not as exceptional as the posted images. All appliances and fixtures work and are of top quality. Everything was outstanding about this place during our stay. Beatrice and Gil are wonderful hosts and were fully responsive to our questions. The villa is a short walk to Eygalieres along a narrow lane with no traffic, making for an enjoyable stroll in the morning to the boulanger for baguettes and pastries and an equally lovely walk home under the stars at night. Eygalieres and the Alpilles have lost none of the charm and natural beauty that we experienced 25 years ago on our first visit. We hope to return in the years ahead, and Beatrice and Gil will be our first call.
