The property is fully divided into two separate sections and fenced with wire mesh and a hedge, with separate entrances.<br>The GR34 hiking trail passes in front of the house; beaches are a 10-minute walk away, and the town centre is 25 minutes away (2 km).<br><br> Pets allowed (fee: 30 euros/pet/stay)<br><br>Very clean house with unlimited Wi-Fi (SOSH router) and all utilities included (gas, water, electricity)<br>3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor (140x190 bed) with an attached toilet and shower room; 2 upstairs (160x200 + 90x190 beds) with a toilet and a bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, plus a mezzanine (travel cot available). Fully equipped open-concept kitchen, 35 m² dining room and living room, 25 m² terrace with a view of the Triagoz Lighthouse (Archipelago of the 7 Islands) featuring 2 lounge chairs and a barbecue. ...Bedding provided (beds made upon your arrival). Also provided: toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher tablets. In short, just bring your suitcases and the food you’ll be eating!<br>However, personal hygiene linens (towels, washcloths, dressing gowns) are not provided, nor is there a washing machine (laundry service available through the owner); there are two laundromats, one at the port and one at the Intermarché in TREBEURDEN.<br>This is a smoke-free rental (inside the house); linens are washed at 60&deg;C, and doorknobs and light switches are disinfected before your arrival.<br>Security deposits: Upon arrival, I’ll ask for a security deposit check for 500 euros (which won’t be cashed), please bring a copy of your comprehensive home insurance policy and a check for 90 euros for end-of-stay cleaning if the cleaning is not done properly (in any case, it is possible to have it done for 90 euros).
