   Vanity unit width 80cm, 2 sliding drawers, 1 large mirror. 1 small bench to sit on.
- 1 separate WC, hand basin, large mirror.
- 2 Terraces, one facing south in the sun equipped with an automatic awning, the other to the West for lunch under the big pine tree and offering magnificent sunset over the sea in the evening.
Sea view and magnificent sunsets live from the living room sofa .
- The garage is accessible for storage, suitcases, bikes etc ...
The Weber barbecue on casters and its accessories are transportable in the garden.

La location est parfaite. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute. L'annonce est conforme à la description et la vue de l'appartement est superbe. Nous avons ainsi pu profiter de nombreux couchés de soleil.

Vue sur mer depuis la maison située en hauteur, idéal si vous cherchez le calme et la tranquillité. Pour les commerces, il faut prendre la voiture. Hébergement fidèle aux photos présentes sur le site, très propre et bien équipé. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et nous a indiqué des bons plans et visites à faire. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons été ravis par cet appartement bien équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, etc.). Mais le vrai atout de ce logement, c’est sa vue imprenable sur la mer– un spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas, surtout au coucher du soleil.Un grand merci à Yvon pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils ! Il nous a partagé de nombreuses idées de balades sur la Côte de Granit Rose, une région d’une beauté à couper le souffle.L’appartement est idéalement situé pour explorer cette région. Une adresse que nous gardons précieusement et que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Wir haben uns in der traumhaft gelegenen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und Yvon, der Gastgeber, hat sich sehr nett gekümmert und war immer für einen Tipp zu haben. Man konnte sich mit ihm sehr gut auf englisch unterhalten, was vielleicht für einige interessant sein könnte, die französisch - wie wir leider - nicht so gut beherrschen. Die Aussicht durch die großen Panoramafenster nach Süden und Westen ist wunderbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick und tollen Sonnenuntergängen

Wir waren drei Wochen in einer lichtdurchfluteten, geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit fast täglich spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen und haben uns trotz den diesjährigen kühlen Temperaturen an der Atlantikküste wohl gefühlt. Un lieu magique

Nous connaissons bien cette côte mais la vue du salon ( et du jardin) est magique. Mr Le Mat est un hôte accueillant qui a contribué à la réussite de ce séjour . Nos demandes particulières pour faciliter les déplacements de mon mari ont été tout de suite prises en compte.. . Le logement confortable , lumineux et fonctionnel est très agréable. Ce fut une excellente expérience aussi bien relationnelle que matérielle..

Wie in der Beschreibung moderne, helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage (mit Meerblick). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man erhält gleich alle nützlichen Informationen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Rosa Granitküste und Umgebung ist traumhaft und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ruhe mit Meerblick

Ich danke Yvon für seinen warmherzigen Empfang. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet. Zudem natürlich der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Ich werde sicherlich wieder kommen und dann auch mit Yvon einen Kaffee zu trinken :-)

Wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet und bietet mit ihren bodentiefen Fenstern im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer jederzeit einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Mit den zwei Schlafzimmern gab es ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Yvon war ein super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben hat. Viele schöne Strände und Wanderwege rund um Trégastel sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, leider viel zu kurze Woche. Danke, Yvon und bis bald!

Une location idéalement située nous permettant de découvrir la région mais surtout nous offrant un véritable spectacle du matin au soir et ce par toutes les météos grâce à le vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse de Monsieur Le Mat, un véritable amoureux de la région. Son logement est propre, agréable, il ne manque rien pour passer de bonnes vacances même pas les madeleines bretonnes pur beurre offertes par Monsieur Le Mat. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!

Moderne, große Wohnung in Top-Lage mit Meerblick

Hier hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft mit Meerblick. Mit dem Auto sind es weniger als 5 Minuten zum Strand. Die Ausstattung ist top, die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Im Garten können die Kinder toben (für kleine Kinedr unter 2 Jahren vielleicht ungeeignet, da nicht umzäunt und durch die Hanglage unter Umständen etwas gefährlich). Yvon ist ein super lieber und sympathischer Vermieter, der sich sehr viel Mühe gibt und uns ein paar gute Tips zu Ausflügen in der Region geben konnte. Die Region um Tregastel ist traumhaft, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich sämtliche sehenswerte Küsten und Strände. Anfang September außerhalb der Hauptsaison ist es nicht überlaufen und mit etwas Glück noch ausreichend warm für das ein oder andere Bad. Danke, Yvon für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Un agréable séjour dans cette maison bien conçue, confortable, idéalement exposée côté ouest, en surplomb de la mer (on peut admirer les couleurs de l'horizon du matin au soir!) . Super Lage, super Blick

Die Wohnung war auf alle Fälle ihr Geld wert. Modern und komplett eingerichtet mit allen was braucht, genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Zwei Terrassen und jeden Abend einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer! Danke Yve, es hat sich gelohnt. Vermieter ist sehr, sehr entgegendkommend und hilfbereit. Das nächste mal gerne wieder !!!

Si je devais décrire Mr Le Mat, je dirais sans hésitation : il est souriant, très souriant. Il est attentionné, très attentionné et surtout, il émane de lui une grande gentillesse. Si je devais décrire l'appartement, je dirais sans hésitation : Il est à l'image de son hôte. Accueillant, lumineux et chaleureux. La recette de belles vacances : Une belle maison contemporaine décorée avec raffinement, un pin majestueux au pied de la maison , une vue imprenable sur la mer. Merci et bravo Mr Le Mat

Fantastisch

Die Wohnung ist modern und wunderbar gelegen. Die Aussicht ist TOP! Alles ist sehr sauber und mit allem Comfort ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar, viele Ausflugtipps als Flyer oder von Yvon persönlich, wenn man möchte. Ich habe mich gerade als alleinreisende Frau dort sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Aber auch eine Familie bis 4 Personen würde sich hier wohl fühlen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Gegend hat für alle etwas zu bieten, für Kinder,( Gallier Dorf, Planetarium, Aquarium) Erwachsene, die Ruhe suchen, Nähe zu tollen Städten und Natur vom Feinsten. Strände und Inseln.
