Delivered in 2021, the Chalet Le Yéti de Villard measures 170m², is directly on the slopes, in Villard Reculas, in the Alpe d'Huez area, and can accommodate 14 people.
Located 150 metres (on skis) from the departure of the ski lifts and the ski school (ESF), the resort of Villard Reculas is connected to the Alpes d'Huez in 10 minutes.

The chalet is organised as follows:
- 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of which can be divided into two single beds),
- 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds,
- 4 bathrooms,
- 4 toilets, 3 of which are independent,
- a large kitchen-dining room,
- a double living room with fireplace
- a large sun terrace with Nordic bath
- Two balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor
- a fireplace
- A private ski room with two benches and boot warmers, located 10 metres from the ski slope
- 4 private covered parking spaces under the chalets

And above all, breathtaking views of the mountain ranges! South and West orientation.
