Great location

Great location for a family holiday but the chalet is very tired and was not very clean. Perfect the have all rooms on suite but again all looking very tired.

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand chalet avec vue sur la montagne.

L'emplacement du chalet est superbe, les étages des chambres permettent d'isoler le bruit du salon et d'avoir des chambres au calme. Le chalet dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. Mais petit bémol sur la qualité de ce qui ets mis à disposition pour faire le ménage (pelle troué, rien pour laver les vitres, aspirateur défectueux etc...). Beaucoup de chauffages électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Et certaines salles de bain poussiéreuses. Manque également une balance de cuisine qui serait fort utile pour utiliser ce beau four tout neuf. La communication avant séjour fût réactive. Merci

La communication avec Tatiana s'est bien passée. Le chalet est très bien situé. Hiver comme Eté, la vue est envoutante. Le chauffage fonctionne avec des sondes extérieures et manuellement dans chaque pièce. Il y a au pendant le week end de Tatiana des variations de température entrainant une chauffe variée. Tous nos chalets sont très bien chauffés hiver comme été. Un technicien est sur place pour répondre aux dysfonctionnements.

Heureusement , le cadre est magnifique et la nature splendide!

Cadre magnifique mais le mois de mai n’est pas le bon mois pour profiter des équipements de loisirs sur place, tout est fermé.
