Great family retreat

Our family all met up from different places for a little relaxation and family time. This house was perfect for our family of 13 with kids from ages 8-18 and 8 adults. Everything was well thought out and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this house to any friends or family.

Wonderful experience!

Our group of 16 had a wonderful experience staying at this clean, comfortable, well-appointed home in the woods. We cooked all our meals in the awesome kitchen and had more than enough dishes, glasses, silverware plus every kitchen tool we needed. The kitchen was truly the most thoroughly stocked of any rental home we’ve stayed in. The host was wonderful to communicate with and solved our minor issues promptly (for ex, delivered a new coffee maker to replace a cracked carafe). The neighborhood was very quiet and full of wildlife. We really enjoyed watching all the deer who were surprisingly not afraid of humans. They wandered up close to us, bedded down along the driveway at night, nursed their fawns in sight, etc! We also had some bear activity several nights during the week, and as we packed up to leave, we caught a sighting as the bear waltzed through the yard! Our only small disappointment during our stay was that the private beach was small, very busy, and not easily walkable. We walked to it our first evening just to scope it out. It was a hilly walk without sidewalks and over a somewhat busy road. A bit too much for walking to with little ones and all your beach stuff. We ended up not using it, but we did go to the gorgeous beach within Hickory Run State Park. All in all, we had a really wonderful trip and would highly recommend that other large groups stay in this great home!

Wonderful Pocono Getaway with all the amenities

Our family rented this property for a short get away to celebrate my father in laws 70th birthday. The house is very clean and has every amenity you would ever need…even for infants and children! There are 7 bedrooms so there is plenty of room and there is even a peloton/work out room, sauna, hot tub and pool table. Plenty of things to do in the house with a very well stocked kitchen. Wood burning fireplace was a nice place to gather in the evenings. We barely ever had to leave the house! Would gladly stay here again in the future.

Daughter’s Bachlorette Gathering

I rented this property for my daughter and her bridal party as well as a few additional family and friend members. The check in process was so very easy as the management company provided the information earlier. The house was beautiful! The beds were so very comfortable as well as all the furniture. There is plenty of room for a large group. There were 12 of us and it was perfect! The kitchen has every appliance possible. I guess due to COVID they are not allowed to leave spices and those types of condiments in the kitchen, but they do have a georgeous kitchen. There are more than enough glasses, dishes, serving bowls and platters. There is a washer and a dryer as well. They do provide toilet paper but we found it wasn’t enough for us. The game room and hot tub were amazing! We didn’t really use the sauna. If you use the upstairs fireplace make sure the basement fireplace flu is closed or smoke will enter that room. All in all this was a spectacular property! I would highly recommend it and I will try to go back to it again!

Lake vacation

This was our first lake vacation & our first stay in Lake Harmony. This house was immaculate & I felt completely comfortable staying at this house during COVID. Not only is this house beautifully decorated, it has more than you could ever need. We enjoyed the interior immensely as well as the outside. The fire pit was so much fun to sit around & the upper deck was great for talking & playing games. We would definitely recommend.
