Gathering

We had a lovely stay in this house. We were 5 families with children ages 12 and up. Everyone is so busy with their lives so this house gave us the opportunity to slow down and make memories together. The house was clean and comfortable. The few issues we saw in the reviews were addressed and fixed. The one issue we had was unforeseen and inconvenient but we were able to resolve it. The amount of space and things to do on grounds made this a good spot for our family. We plan to return in the future.

Very Spacious House

This home is very spacious, great for family reunions. It was very nice that linen was provided. Very Clean house!!! The bathrooms were beautiful! There were only 2 down sides , the mattresses were not comfortable and the area that links the other attached house was NOT Insulated. That proposed an inconvenience for the guests staying on that side as they had to carry around with their coats. I’m sure it’s an amazing property for the summer time , not winter.

Great for a big group!

We spent a week here with four other families - a big group of friends, 10 adults and 10 kids (ages 2-12). It was a wonderful house for us! Highlights were the pool, the hot tub, the big backyard, the fire pit, the ample living space, and the fact that everything was well kept and in good condition. The pool was really spectacular, and it was great to be able to move easily from indoors to the pool deck, especially so we could keep an eye on the kiddos. The downsides: 1) the bed allocation is a little awkward, so we couldn’t split the kids from the adult couples as much as would have been optimal; 2) the beds are fine, but not especially comfy, and the sheets slide around on the mattresses; 3) the kitchen is only minimally stocked with cooking gear - we had to buy a bunch of disposable roasting pans and pizza pans, for instance, and there was only one spatula (maybe two); and finally 4) the oven is extremely ineffective on its normal setting, but works decently well on the convection setting. Also: there were no plastic plates or cups for kids - although the only people who broke glasses during our stay were adults. :) None of those things hampered our enjoyment of the property. It’s spacious, light-filled, and an overall fabulous place for a large group. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the house was clean when we arrived and being cleaned again as we left, and Eugene was responsive when we had questions. We’d happily rent this place again.

STAY AWAY!! This place is horrible. You will regret your stay

I had a check in time of 5pm, as per the owner. Once my group of 20 got there, we weren't allowed in because the cleaning crew was still working. The house is huge but there was 2 people cleaning. My group and I waited in the car for 2.5 hours. Once we got in the house, we realized that it was a mess. We had to clean the house since we were going to be stay there for 4 days. We couldn't even throw out the trash because all the garbage cans were overflowing with garage from the previous group. The place was just dirty and disgusting. My group and I left 1 day earlier because it was unbearable. It wasn't worth it to stay. We checked into a hotel for the last day of our trip. Thats how bad it was. Then the owner refunds me ZERO dollars of my damage deposit. The owner claims that there was damage made by my group. That is his scam. He tries to scam guests by claiming damage and withholding the deposit. Good luck getting you deposit back; the owner will not return it. My group and I left the house cleaner than when we came. There was no damage but he refuses to return my deposit. Shame on you!! Money isn't everything in this world.

Highly Recommend this House!

We stayed at this property for 5 days with my whole family- there were 24 of us- all ages. This home could not have been more perfect!! It was clean, spacious and fun. We all agreed we would totally rent this home again. It was also close to stores, water parks, etc. The owner was amazing with communicating when I had to message him- he replied back immediately. We really had such a memorable time. :)

We booked this house for a week long multi family vacation and could not be happier with our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for each family to have their own space yet still feel like they were part of the group. We never felt like we were limited on space. All amenities were as described and updated. We used both kitchens, the grill and fire pit. The pool and hot tub were used daily and both felt clean and safe. An absolute must rent for any large group looking for a staycation!

Perfect for a group!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a big girl's trip and it was perfect! The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all to hang out. We ended up having a rainy weekend, but we used the incredible indoor space to hang out and play games! Highly highly recommend!! Great location! Plenty of parking in the driveway. We have 10 cars with room to spare.

Great for groups

The overall experience was great. The house is true to the photos. I would highly recommend bringing slippers or socks because the bottoms of everyone’s feet were black. Everything appeared to be clean, but I think there was a middle section of the house that was exposed to outdoors.

Great Friend Getaway!

Our group of 28 had a fabulous long weekend at the house! The layout was great and it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. It also had a really nice central hang out space. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were great! We didn't feel like we needed to leave the house all weekend. Eugene was quick to respond to questions. Would book again!

Fabulous Property

Even though we didn’t have the most cooperative weather for half the week, we absolutely loved our stay at this home. The bedrooms are scattered across the house, allowing for quiet spaces when kids go down early. Pool is heated, without being uncomfortable. Hot tub was clean. Yard was huge and well maintained. Our entire group enjoyed our stay both inside and outside. Neighborhood was peaceful and deer filled, which the kids loved seeing on our walks. Host was responsive to questions. Only complaint would be more kitchen supplies (we were a group of 16) that would allow for less “batch” cooking. We also needed to buy aluminum sheet trays and baking dishes. Other than that, 10/10.
