Small vacation home in Leucate falaise

Leucate Falaise: a stunning location. A charming little holiday home, fully equipped (2 bedrooms with 140-cm beds), a small room with 90-cm bunk beds, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, separate shower and toilet, and a washing machine. Large terrace with a barbecue and a small garden with trees. It’s the starting point for beautiful walks through the vineyards, the garrigue, the seaside, and the ponds. The beaches are accessible on foot, by bike (bike paths), and a 5-minute drive away. It is ideally situated between Leucate village (markets, shops, and supermarkets on-site) and Leucate Beach (beaches, swimming, and not far from the very traditional oyster-farming centre). It is close to La Franqui (sand yachting, windsurfing) and Port Leucate (a lively seaside resort with a charming marina).
