Great Family Vacation

My family (wife and two kids) had a great few days at the condo a beach. It is so well positioned, near food, pools and the beach. The home is spacious, a lot of light and updated to make the stay that much more enjoyable. We hope to come back and stay again, really had a nice time.

Great Condo, great location!

Condo has everything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. Nice location close to Rosemary, in the heart of Seacrest, easy to walk, bike everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and Dolly was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rosemary beach

Plenty of room with easy access to amenities including restaurants, beach, shops, etc. Close to the pool and very quiet. Morning coffee on the balcony was key!

Adorable and great location!

Everything we needed and such a great location! Walking distance to Rosemary and you are in the heart of Seacrest. So nice to the sundries store right downstairs! I would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was within walking distance. We parked our vehicle upon arrival and didn’t move it until we departed. We were close to the beach, restaurants, bike rental, pool, farmer’s market, etc.

Great place to stay

This condo is beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked and bathrooms were lovely. We traveled with a 4 month old and were thrilled to find a pack'nplay travel crib. There is also a highchair and stroller. It is a great location, very convenient to stores and the pools. We liked being in the middle of the activity with evening concerts, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We had a great weekend.

I love these condos. Great location

I’ve stayed in a couple of these condos. This one was great. Only issue… Pantry is FULL of beach stuff. Chairs, toys… We brought a ton of food and there wasn’t much room to put it other than the small countertop area. Other than that, the condo was perfect!

Perfect Spring break location

Great place, would be great for 6 people way too small for eight people, it just feels alittle too crowded ! property owners were very responsive and always responded immediately, such a plus. . Spring break in Rosemary is wild would go back for a family time in the summer but definitely not at spring break! Thank you to the awesome condo owners for your beautiful place, and the great balcony for people watching

Great location and condo. 2 things different from pics. 1. There is not a water view from balcony. 2. 3 rd bedroom is tiny and doesn’t have a closet. But we really enjoyed everything else about our stay! Would definitely rent again.

Nice, well furnished condo close to restaurants

The condo was very nice and very convenient to restaurants. The furnishings were updated and all very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad but the beach was very crowded if you didn’t want to rent chairs. The neighborhood was quite loud as well, just a heads up. The only real issue we had was that the towels did not seem clean when we arrived but there was a washer/dryer on site so we just washed them ourselves. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay - the kitchen and the whole unit had everything we needed while we were there.

The Best Stay (Baby’s 1st Vacay)

Dolly was truly the best host. The condo was everything we could have wished for and more. Modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. My wife, mother in law and 4 month old daughter went for a long weekend and it was an amazing stay. Not only did the property have everything you could possibly think of for the beach. It also came fully equipped with all the baby gear one could hope for. The amazing central location allowed us to walk everywhere from Rosemary Beach to Alys Beach - no car needed! The customer service was A+ and Dolly was always a text or quick phone call away. We cannot wait to come back and will definitely be staying in this condo again. Could not recommend more!

Very comfortable stay

The condo is exactly as described. Right in the center of the little town Square. The unit is on the 3rd floor above the stores but we did not have any problem with noises. Condo is clean and we made use of the kitchen for most of our meals. Publix grocery store is under 10 minutes drive. The beach is a 10 minutes walk , across 30A and through a gated neighborhood that guests at the condo have access with the use of the provided wrist bands. There is also a tram service that pick you up at the pool and drive you to the beach. We were provided with a good starter supply of soap , shampoo, paper towels, dish soap, detergent and trash bags. Owners live nearby and are very quick to respond to any inquiries. The only downside but not related to the condo nor the owner was the crowded little section of the beach that we have access to. Too little space for a lot of people , since the beach to the left and right are all private and sectioned off. Otherwise, We had a very comfortable stay.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is close to everything with access to a pool. The unit was well maintained but there was dust underneath the furniture. We have small children so we were cleaning up toys underneath things frequently. The property managers were nice and responsive. We didn’t our checkin info in our email, but upon calling received it within a few minutes. Overall, a great stay!
