Pat was great as a host...provided everything we needed. Pictures of condo and location do not do it justice...absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and convenient

The home was comfortable, clean, quiet and right on the Bay. Close to the beaches and downtown St. Pete. The community has many amenities including 2 pools, boating, and a gym. We would stay here again!!

Excellent Week

We had an absolute blast staying here for our yearly family vacation. Condo is nice clean and spacious. The 3 large bedrooms are great for everyone to have their own space and not on top of each other. Pool was nice and hardly busy which made it even better. Dad and my brother enjoyed fishing right outside the back doors and off the pier.

Beautiful views

We spent a month in this lovely condo. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which is a real plus with visitors. The patio view is absolutely beautiful and is shaded much of the day. The unit is well supplied and Pat is a pleasure to work with. You will not go wrong renting this wonderful condo.

What a great location. Pat's place in south St. Pete did exactly what we needed. A very beautifully appointed place with an outstanding view. Highly recommended - would stay again. Great communication and location. We love St. Pete! Thanks Pat!

Captivating View!

Everything worked out perfectly from our access to the proximity to the pool and pickleball courts to the VERY functional layout of the VRBO. 3 bathrooms was really helpful. The space really served us well as we dined together and relaxed in the living room and spent time on the expansive deck as we saw dolphins and a seal! Pelicans fly by and a Blue Crane landed just outside the deck gate. Thank you Patricia Tripp (and team) for being a wonderfully responsive Host.

Wonderful place to relax RIGHT ON THE BAY. Saw dolphins every day, a space launch, even did some fishing right out the back door. The pool was nice. Furnishings were done nicely as in pictures. Beds were vey comfortable. Contact with the owner was top notch. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars all the was around is some of the dishes and silverware were dirty and the pots in poor condition. I let the owners know and she was on top of it with her cleaners. I’m sure it will all get taken care of quickly. All in all I would stay again. Great location.

Fantastic!!!

From the moment we entered the condo I knew we were going to enjoy our time in Florida! The back porch is open to the bay and we spent so much time sitting outside enjoying the view. Both of the master room beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I really appreciated the packet that included contact information for nearby activities. Go pro go carting was great! We enjoyed the nearby pool that was easy to walk to. The kids enjoyed walking to play basketball when they weren’t busy with their swim meet. The hardest part was leaving- we all wished for a few more days! I would absolutely recommend this property to future guests!

This property is perfect for a family with 3/3 and almost 1400 sq feet of waterfront enjoyment with modern upgrades and a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. The amenity package is amazing entertainment with 2 pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with a pool table, social events, a huge dock with seating and fishing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, volleyball and fitness center.
