Beach Place Bliss on Madeira Beach by John's Pass Village

This is a spacious 1400 square foot ocean front corner condo. The balcony has a great full view of the beach. There have been many new updates to the condo. New floor tilling was installed, along with the bathroom showers. Enjoy great views of the beach and beautiful sunsets from the privacy of your first floor balcony. Leave the car at the condo and walk across the street to Johns Pass Village and enjoy a variety of over 100 shops and restaurants to fill your evenings. In John's Pass Village, you can also rent kayaks, paddle-boards, jet skis, go on fishing charters, and even a Pirate Ship cruise.

Amenities include free high speed WiFi, cable TV, and 2 reserved parking spaces. Each bedroom has a CubieBlue clock with Bluetooth speakers and USB ports. We have 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs for your use, and there is a variety of other beach toys. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.

Please do not leave the sliding glass door to balcony open when air conditioning in on.

Very welcoming and clean place! We did a family vacation! This was a great location, so close to many shops and restaurants. Great views off the balcony and just steps away to the beach and swimming pool. Condo had everything we need for the week.

Yes the host was welcoming. The unit was perfect. Very clean, large and comfortable. When you sat of the balcony it felt like you were sitting on the beach. Location was so convenient and fun. We were able to walk across the street and enjoy the seafood festival. Can't wait to go back to St. Pete and stay at this unit!

Love the condo! It was clean, roomy, and well-appointed! It was so nice for each of us (5) to each have our own bed! Check-in and out was easy too! Also loved the proximity to the beach and just across the street from John’s Pass was super convenient! Our book group travel to a beach each year and have been doing so for over 10 yrs. Perfect location

This condo is situated directly across from the Pass so easy access to food and shopping. It sits directly on the beach! The only draw back is that you are also directly next to Sandy Shores pool so sitting on porch may be loud. But first floor is convenient.as the washer and dryer too.

Perfect Location, absolutely beautiful!

There is not one thing I can think of that would improve on our stay. The location of the room is easy to get to, and could not be closer to the beach, the pool or John’s pass. I could not imagine a better room in the building. The room had everything we needed for a wonderful and affordable stay, including beach chairs, umbrellas, all cookware etc. it was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. The view of the beach and sunsets were amazing. Thank you so very much!!

Family Vacation

Beautiful place, owners were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. There is so much to do within walking distance.

Over many years, we've stayed in numerous condos on the beach, along the Gulf...and this, hands down, was the best. This very large condo was fully updated, super clean and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Beach toys, kitchenware, towels...it's all in abundance. The location is perfect, sitting right along John's Pass making access to the tourist stuff super easty to get to. The unit has a fantastic view of the beach and sunsets. Being on the first (actually second) floor is very convenient with a stairwell very close by. The 3 bedrooms all had queen beds which was handy given we were traveling with our adult daughters and their partners. We had one of our best vacations ever. Rod and Tami were great hosts and communicated perfectly. Thank you.

Good place to stay

The condo was very well stocked with beach gear. The kitchen was very well stocked too. The carpet in the bedrooms could stand to be replaced. The water pressure in the showers was horrible. These are all things that can be fixed though The location is great. Overall, we had a great stay and the host were great.

Very convenient to beach, pool, restaurants, fishing and shopping. Tropicana Field 15 min drive. Had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the view especially the sunsets and sunrises under bridge.

Really like Beach Place... love the location. This condo is the best we've rented at Beach Place. All the extra beach chairs, toys, etc. are great especially when you fly.

Perfect Location!!

We have vacationed on the gulf coast for 20+ years and this may be our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. John Pass is right across the street with all the restaurants and shopping you will need for the week. The unit was well maintained and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Best place to rent at Madeira Beach

I have stayed at this property a few times. It is by far my favorite at Madeira Beach. Always clean and has everything anyone would need. Great location!! I have already booked again for next year. The owners are wonderful to communicate with.

We purchased this condo in September 2018. The walls were badly scuffed and painted yellow. It still had the original purple carpeting and tiles, with many tiles that were loose and cracked. We have done many updates, and many more are in the works.

Why they chose this property

Besides being right on the beach, having John's Pass Village right behind is a huge bonus. You can leave the car at the condo, and walk to the many shops and restaurants in the village. With so many restaurants to chose from, you could go to a different restaurant each night.

What makes this property unique

This is a first floor, corner unit, right across from the stairs. This makes it really nice and convenient to get to and from the beach quickly.
