This quiet retreat has everything you need to relax!
Remote, yet all the comforts of home steps away from one of the best shelling beaches.
The complex has a very private feel with only 9 units in the building. It's located (beachfront) on the gulf side of West Gulf Drive, in a quiet, relaxing part of the island...yet is in close proximity to all of the shopping, restaurants and activities. Being on the west side of the island, you will have private access to the beach area to take in the breathtaking sunsets and have fun on the beach.

The property is nestled among stately palm trees, and has a heated swimming pool and charcoal BBQ grill. Island activities include fishing, swimming. shelling and surfing. Sanibel Island offers bike paths, a wildlife refuge, golf and tennis clubs, and dining and shopping at wonderful stores and restaurants. Being an end unit, 103 has extra windows allowing lots of extra sunlight.

Our unique location on Sanibel Island allows you to watch the sunset from the beach, a perfect ending to a fun filled day and the start of a great evening.

Unit 103 is a 1st floor end unit up one flight of stairs with elevator access at the end of the open air hallway. It is located 100 yards from the beach and has a fully screened lanai with views of the beach. One parking spot included with rental with a few additional guest parking available.

Wonderful Location

Great property. Very comfortable. Owner has gone out of their way to try to provide all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for meal prep. There were plenty of beach supplies. We didn't want for anything. We enjoyed our time there and would use the location again.

Awesome vacation

My kids and I stayed at this condo. Everyone loved the feeling of home away from home. We loved the ease to get to beach and town. Everyone felt very safe staying here. The views are amazing and the vibe is relaxing. Just what we were looking for!

great family vacation

We loved the condo. A great location with quick easy access to the beach as well as close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach was never overcrowded - enjoyed taking walks and shelling. We really liked the beach closet which was fully stocked with gear for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc - anything you might need! This was our first trip to Sanibel and we will be returning and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice vacation

The room was very nice and clean. I gave cleanliness 3 stars not due to the room, but the outside where a common trash can was overflowing for days and I thought the locker area could have been hosed down or swept of sand.
