Villa in La Herradura, private swimming pool and sea views

Villa Hirondelle is located in the private urbanization Peña Parda, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Mediterranean sea. It is a quiet environment surrounded by nature.
The 220m2 of the villa are located on a 1000m2 plot facing south-east, so each morning you can enjoy the sunrise at La Punta de la Mona.
It is easily accessible by car and in a walking distance from the beach . If you are planning to arrive by car, it will be easy to park it on the street next the villa, as there is space enough. (Note that the correct address, and which will appear on the gps is Calle Nueva Peña Parda number 87. )
Once you arrive, the main entrance to the Villa is a grey gate, which will take you to an impressive garden with orange and lemon trees. Behind the the main entrance wooden gate you will find the hall, which divides the house into two parts. On the right you will find the living-dining room, the laundry room, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with its purified drinking water system.
And on the left, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on one floor. Air conditioning and wifi will always be present in each room.
From the living room you can go out to the terrace, where you will find the chill-out area, the barbacue and the saltwater pool. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy a good barbacue.
Garden maintenance will be carried out once or twice in the week, consulting suitable times with the client at check in time.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped, 2 of them have double beds and the other 2 separate beds for single use each. One of these rooms has direct access to the terrace and pool area. Just one of the double rooms has a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bathroom has a very spacious shower. Both rooms have a water softening system and good ventilation is characterized by its windows.
Each part of the house is specially equipped and we have taken care of the smallest details so you can enjoy an unforgettable stay.
The small town of La Herradura has a population of more than 3,000 inhabitants in its entirety. Its climate is mostly mild during the year, with warm winters between 14 and 24 degrees and summers around 24 and 24 degrees.
