The apartment is located in a small, well-kept complex in Costabella with direct access to the community pool. The spacious, sheltered sun terrace offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, which can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.

On the bright, spacious sandy beach you can go to small Spanish beach restaurants, such as. B. El Rinconcito and Copacabana, eat and drink deliciously at fair prices. Also ideal for children.
In the vicinity there are supermarkets, some of which are open around the clock. The apartment is 5 km from Marbella city center.

The 75 square meter, bright, well-kept apartment has a living and dining room (with pull-out sofa bed), 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) with adjacent laundry room (washing machine and dryer) , A cot (with matching mattress and laundry) and a high chair are also available. Für uns beide war die Größe der FEWO super, eigener PP vor dem Haus, gepflegte Anlage, große geschützte Terrasse, Meerblick zu zwei Seiten, tolle Pool-Anlage, Master Bedroom m. eigenem Bad. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Es gab viel Stauraum mit viel Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Ausstattung entsprach dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gut sortierter Supermarkt, Pharmacia und Ärzte-Haus in der Nähe. Für die Terrasse wünschten wir uns zu den Stühlen nutzbare Liegestühle/Roll-Liegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa está muy bien. Es amplia y muy cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La terraza muy agradable y con vistas al mar. Ich würden gerne sagen,die Umgebung der Wohnung war sehr gut alles möglichkeiten ,Geschäfte, Parkplatz, Spielplatz,see......inder näher war . ABER, sauberkeit kann ich bewerten war null ,die Bettwäsche besonderes schmutzig und inder Kleiderschrank war voll mit schmutzige kissen und Decke.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, der wunderschöne Strand ist ganz toll. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, große Terasse mit Meerblick. Leider war das Wetter an Ostern, im März nicht so schön, sonst hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Schöne,ruhige Lage !

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in sehr gute Lage mit Meerblick und sehr schöne und gepflegte Pool Anlage.Der Strand ist nur paar Schritte entfernt.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Vielen Dank an Trini (unsere vor Ort Betreuung),die immer erreichbar war.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. Vielen Dank!

Espectacularmente hermoso lugar

Fue fantástico y queda realmente cerca de la playa, somos una familia numerosa y fue realmente como. La cocina es electrica y muy fácil de utilizar y el aire acondicionado fueron de mis cosas favoritas, aparte de la comodidad de disponer de una piscina y un estacionamiento, verdaderamente 10/10

Cuando llegamos casi nos da un infarto.

Las sabanas de las camas estaban muyyyy arrugadas (como si estuvieran usadas), no tenían almohadas sino unos cojines pequeños sucios de sudor y lo triste es que no tenían sábanas ni fundas de repuesto. La TV del dormitorio principal estaba rota y me dijeron que la iban a tirar. El lavavajillas estaba también roto. Nos tuvimos que poner muy serios y exigir que en cuarenta y ocho horas pusieran todos los servicios que se ofrecían en vrbo.o hicieron pero nos supuso tener que perder dos días de la estancia porque teníamos que estar para traer: la televisión, las ropas de cama y instalar el lavavajillas nuevo. Aparte decir que las personas podían entrar en mi terraza desde la piscina comunitaria y el acceso a la piscina HORRIBLE

Het vinden van het opgegeven adres verliep moeizaam. Na een paar keer bellen met de hostess, overigens erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam (voor jou Trini), is het dan toch gelukt. De woning is oké maar behoeft wat onderhoud. De liggen naar het strand is ideaal, en er staan huizen van bouwval tot villa's. Al met al hebben we genoten van ons verbliijf in deze woning.

Geräumige Wohnung (ohne direkten Meerblick)

Modern eingerichtete geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Küche, Wirtschaftsraum, einem rechtwinkligen großen Wohnraum, großem Eßtisch und gefliester (etwas unaufgeräumt wirkender) Terrasse, die keinen unmittelbaren Meerblick bietet, da sie gesäumt wird von einer Hecke und bis zum Meer noch Bebauung vorhanden ist. Man guckt im Stehen eher auf Häuser und eine große Hauswand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die auch einige Lebensmittel enthielt. Wäsche, Toilettenpapier, Putztücher, Kerzen, kleine Musikanlage, CDs, deutschsprachige Bücher etc. ... alles da, sehr schön. Für den, der es gerne mag: ca. 25 deutschsprachige Fernsehprogramme. Wir (Ehepaar 63 u.55 J.) hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt über Ostern 2019 Pech mit dem Wetter, es war zu zwei Dritteln der Zeit lausig kühl (13 - 18 °C) und unbeständig/regnerisch, so dass wir die Wohnung gut genutzt haben. Diese ließ sich allerdings nicht so gut beheizen (Einstellung über Klimaanlage) und war durch den gefliesten Marmorboden fußkalt. Besser Hausschuhe mitnehmen. - Deutliches Manko: das Doppelbett, das eine unerträglich weiche stoffbezogene Matratze hat, auf der eine weiche Bettauflage liegt, und nur diese ist mit einem Spannbetttuch versehen. Unter hygienischen Gesichtspunkten haben wir uns darin gar nicht wohl gefühlt. - Sehr gute Betreuung durch Trini, die geholfen hat und immer zur Stelle war.
