Stick to the contract!!!

Although I can recommend the place for its cleanliness & the onsite contact, Jason who is very nice, there were unnecessary hassles. First, I’ve rented through VRBO in many states & never had additional contracts, email bombardments etc from the owner. And within THEIR contract the unit I rented had been changed. It was changed back to the Vrbo contracted one after I questioned it. However when I arrived, & unbeknownst to me, it was changed again & I was in an altogether different unit. As a result, we walked in on people because it had been changed & the doors don’t automatically lock when closed. The people we walked in on had similar issues, resulting in their getting my unit. Furthermore, I use Vrbo so I can cook some meals. The kitchen is lacking very basic necessities. I would not rent there again due to the kitchen & dealings with the office.
