Spacious, fully equipped house located in La Pironnière. You’ll find local shops as well as a daily market during the season. The ocean is 250 metres away and Tanchet Beach is 1 kilometre away, accessible via the bike path that runs along the coastal road.<br>The house features a covered parking spot and a garage for bikes and paddleboards.<br>The large living area consists of two spaces: a living room and a TV area. It opens onto a south-facing terrace. You can enjoy the mild summer evenings on the veranda. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and the table has an extension leaf. From here, you can access a terrace equipped with a plancha—the perfect spot for cooking and enjoying breakfast in the sun. The house has 4 bedrooms, two shower rooms, one bathroom, and 3 toilets.<br><br>A third terrace features a spa area with a hot tub<br>The garden is fenced<br><br>All activities can be enjoyed on foot or by bike (two bikes are available to borrow. A bus stop located 30 m away will take you to city centre Les Sables.)
