From Saturday to Saturday in high season otherwise 2 days minimum.

Single-storey house of 100 m²:

- a large bright living room with 2 bay windows opening onto the south-facing terrace. Pedestal fan.
- an open kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, a hood, electric oven and microwave, electric coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, food processor...
- 1 bedroom with 160*190 bed and cupboard/dressing room,
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*200 that can be pushed together and cupboard/dressing room,
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds and chest of drawers,
- bathroom with Italian shower and washbasin unit,
- Separate toilet with window,
- laundry room
- terrace with table and chairs + deckchairs.
- garage and laundry room with washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment.

House renovated in 2022. Very good quality bedding (hotel quality).

Proximity to the sea and hiking trails (GR 34): 2.5 km from Yaudet and beach, 4.5 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 4.5 km from Lannion town centre, 15 km from the pink granite coast (Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, etc.) 4.5 km from Lannion town centre.

Very nice house close to beaches and hiking trails.

Urlaub in der Stille

Es war ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub, da sowohl das Ferienhaus mit seiner sehr ruhigen Umgebung als auch die Landschaft in diesem Teil der Bretagne als Ensemble perfekt waren. Zum Wohlfühlergebnis haben letztendlich auch die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber beigetragen, die immer unkompliziert und direkt als Hilfe zur Verfügung standen.

Bretagne 2022

Emmanuelle et Hubert sont très accueillants et donnent de bons conseils (gastronomiques et touristiques). Leur maison est très confortable et bien située quand on recherche le calme et la tranquillité. 10 jours pour découvrir cette belle région sous une température idéale A renouveller Bonne continuation Bien cordialement.
