Large 4 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home on the Briarwood 12th fairway. Enjoy the quiet mountain and golf course views from your backyard. Freshly remodeled home with two living areas and two separate large king-sized bedrooms. 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 4th bedroom has a daybed and a trundle that makes into either a king-sized bed or two twin beds. There are few other vacations homes this nice in the Sun Cities. You can have access to Sun City West (SCW) four recreational facilities. There is so much to offer in SCW, including 8 golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools and spas, pickleball, tennis, bowling, fitness centers, etc. Conveniently located to Fry's super-mart grocery store and other major retailers. Come enjoy a stress-free vacation, and play as much as you desire. Extra fees apply for use of SCW recreational facilities. A 10-day minimum night stay is required between Oct-Dec, a 90-day min stay for Jan-Mar, and a 30-day min stay for April.

Beautiful view!

What an awesome house to stay in. I loved all the windows. The bright sun made the home feel so comfortable. It had huge bedrooms. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine I will definitely come back. It is a 5 star house.

Just really nice

The first thing my wife saw was that there were plenty of hanger in all of the closets. There were all of the cooking equipment and spices and coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. The house must be about 5,000 sw ft. It is very well maintained in a great neighborhood. There were no problems with the property or the owner. We highly recommend staying here.

Luxury and convenience

We were so excited to be the first guests in this incredible property and everything was beyond our expectations. From the spacious living areas and bedrooms, to the super comfortable beds, the completely appointed kitchen, and the gorgeous outdoor living space, the place was perfect! What a treat to be able to watch an incredible sunset, hear the coyotes yipping on the golf course, and wake up each morning ready for more adventures after a great night's sleep. The neighborhood is quiet and secure and close to everything you might want to do. Duane, the owner, lives nearby and is just a phone call away if you need anything. We can't wait to come back!

Great house

This is a great house for two couples since there are two bedrooms with king beds. Also another bedroom with a Trundle bed if you have a kid or two. Very clean and well furnished . TV is good if you do streaming service. Still can get local channels though.

Property is located on a private golf course with great views from the back yard. House was as described. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Only issue we had was a toilet part broke in the master bathroom. It was fixed eventually after four days. Overall, it was a good stay.

SCW visit

Loved the house! A prime location backing up to a beautiful golf course. Large, spacious layout. The house was very clean and well organized with newer high end appliances. Also a great grill on the back deck. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. The layout would be perfect for 2 couples in that the 2 larger bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. On any future visits to SCW we would definitely want to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Just remodeled, super clean and tidy. Right in the center of fun. Backyard on the 12th fairway of Briarwood Private Country Club. 8 + golf courses nearby. Over 30 pickleball courts nearby. Very relaxing place to rest if you choose. I live just down the street in case you need anything. Note: extra fees apply for use of SCW recreational facilities., but not at the golf courses.

What makes this property unique

The house is located on the private Briarwood Private Country Club. This course is the best maintained course in Sun City West. Since the house is on the 12th fairway, you get a few hours in the morning with no golfers in your back yard view of the golf course - which makes it a great place to enjoy your first cups of coffee!
