Beautifully updated home! 1370 sqft home in Sun City West 55 plus Community. This is luxury living at its finest. 2 bed/ 2 bath home with new flooring, cabinets, appliances and furnishings. Flat screen TV in Living Room, free WiFi, Washer/Dryer, eat in kitchen and dining room. Huge, covered patio with dining table and sitting area.

Our vacation rental is located in Sun City West, (approximately 30 miles NWW of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport).

THIS PROPERTY
Mstr Bedroom: Queen Bed, His and Hers closets, double sinks and large shower.
Guest Bedroom: 1 Double/Full bed and large closet
Front and back patios for relaxing and viewing sun sets and sun rises.

No Pets allowed during your stay or visiting.

No Smoking inside home or outside the house on the property. No one that smokes. Otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

Maximum # of 4 adult (two couples).

Large covered back patio with sitting and dining table. Gas grill and in the colder months, gas firepit with chairs.

Sun City West offers seven 18-hole golf courses.

We do have a Eufy Security camera outside the front of the home and in back yard (not on covered patio).

We request our guest(s) to be respectful of our home and maintain our home during their stay.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Heritage home. The covered patio was so enjoyable and they have most everything you would need. The hosts, David and Lesley are very easy to communicate with and were so accommodating. We will definitely be back again if available and make our stay a little longer.

Everything about this property is wonderful; it was the best VRBO we have stayed at. It is clean, modern, uncluttered, and located in quiet neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood in a good location. The house was just as pictured, everything was clean and new. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, beds comfortable and linens plush. We would recommend the house and look forward to staying there again.

Thank you for your feedback. With Sling you can get all except NBC & CBS. There is the option to select these Channels on Roku and login with your current cable company that you use at home. Our parents live in Arizona and this is the 2nd year we have rented this property for a Christmas visit. We love this home. It is so clean and a great location, being central to everything you need. We love the beautiful patio for relaxing. They have up to date amenities that reflect their attention to detail and hospitality. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Getaway to Phoenix

The property was magnificent. Exactly as advertise. The house was awesome in fact we are bringing home decor ideas from it to update our house. The location was perfect to visit our son. Close to food and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. (note it is in Sun City West a 55+ community) We are going back to Phoenix area a couple of more times this year and hope this location is open.

Great home away from home!

We have stayed in many VRBO's throughout the world and I can honestly say this was my favorite to date. The house was pristinely cleaned and kept. The attention to every detail for hospitality was 5 star. We loved the decor, the linens, amenities were above and beyond with coffee, snacks and fresh flowers, games and blankets to wrap up in for leisurely naps in the living room. Nice neighborhood. Close to our parents in Sun City West. We will continue to use this as a home base moving forward while visiting our folks. And we are recommending it to our family and friends who are looking for this location in Arizona.

Could not have been better!

From start to finish my stay at Heritage House was great! David, checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was OK and to ask if I needed anything. Because I would be arriving at the house late in the evening, he made sure lights were on so I didn’t have to walk into a dark home…it was very thoughtful and much appreciated! I look forward to staying at Heritage House on my next visit!

Convenient and pleasant

The interior has all been updated. There is also a nice covered patio. Everything you need is within 5 minutes, including churches, grocery stores and restaurants, and a golf course. The only negative is that, when the master bath was updated, the door to the shower/toilet area was removed. I assume this was done because of space restraints. It did not affect us since we simply used the other bathroom. However, this would have been a major problem had there been another couple in the house.
