The Baltic spa Zingst offers relaxation and recreation in a child-friendly and natural surroundings.
You want to escape the stress of everyday life? Then you are right with us, we offer you a comfortable apartment for an unforgettable holiday.

Our apartment 'at the old red beech' is located on the first floor, is 54 square meters and is located in the heart of Zingst.
The very well maintained apartment for 1-3 persons leaves nothing to be desired. In the bright, friendly living / dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a comfortable seating area with a pull-out sofa bed. TV, DVD player and stereo are of course available. The living / dining area is followed by a large south and west-facing balcony with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy both the morning and the evening sun.
The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed with back-friendly mattresses.
The bright bathroom with window is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, urinal and washing machine. Furthermore, you will find a small storage room. All windows are equipped with mosquito protection roller blinds and shutters.
You have the option to park your car right outside the front door on the apartment's own parking lot. If you bring bicycles, you can put them in the bike house.

Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten aber mit den Standort der Couch ein Problem beim fernsehen, da wir die beiden Sessel dafür nicht nutzen wollten. Hier wäre entweder die Couch oder der Fernseher umzustellen.

Es ist eine hübsch eingerichte Wohnung, sehr zentral und doch ruhig; Wir konnten uns gut erholen und fühlten uns wohl.Wermutstropfen waren höchstens, dass man selbst ein Geschirrtuch buchen musste. So etwas gehört eigentlich selbstverständlich zu einer Küche dazu.

Ein wunderbarer Ort und eine wunderbare Wohnung

Im Februar durften wir einige Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in Zingst leben und sowohl ihre Lage als auch Zingst an sich genießen.Diese Wohnung hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht und besticht durch ihre Helligkeit. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütlicher Sitzbereich im Wohnraum, ein geräumiges Bad mit einer wunderbar funktionierenden Dusche (es sein denn die Waschmaschine läuft, dann kann man plötzlich zum Wechselduscher werden, was aber sehr belebend ist), bequeme Betten im Schlafzimmer, ein kleiner Flur und eine Abstellkammer gehören zu ihr. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fußläufig kommt man sehr schnell zum Strand und zum Hafen, zu vielen kleinen Läden und Lokalen. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz. Wir können sowohl den Kontakt zu den Gastgebern als auch diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit in Zingst verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ideal zwischen Seebrücke und Hafen und die Innenstadt mit allen wichtigen Geschäften und Restaurants ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat alles, was man für die Urlaubszeit braucht. Der geräumige Balkon lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein.

Zentral zwischen Strand, Hafen und Geschäften gelegen, trotzdem total ruhig. Fürs Putzen einer "besenreinen" 2,5 Zimmerwohnung 80,00€ zu verlangen ist allerdings Wucher - Stundenlohn der Putzfrau 40,00€!?!

Sehr saubere Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung für 1 Woche gebucht. Die Lage ist super in unmittelbarer Lage zum Zentrum von Zingst. Trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles bestens. Lediglich die Kontaktaufnahme beim Check In und Check Out gestaltete sich ein wenig problematisch. Kein persönlicher Kontakt, alles telefonisch bzw. Whatsapp.
