✅ We do not offer cable but rather high-speed internet for streaming.
✅ Security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property.
✅ A signed rental agreement and $125 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. You will receive information about the rental agreement, security deposit, and optional travel insurance via email and platform messaging after booking. Riley's Retreat vacation

Super clean and very close to all attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We bought the all ride pass for the trolley only had to drive to the station which was extremely close.

Great place close to Dollywood

We had a great stay. Very clean and charming cabin. So close to Dollywood. The small convenience store and pizza place located near by was a perfect go to after a full day of walking. We also loved that Siobhan checked in to see how we were enjoying our stay. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Place to stay if you and your family are hitting the sites. The place was clean and the hot tub was awesome. But, my favorite thing was the arcade game system. It had tons of old games on it that brought back some really good memories.

Perfect Dollywood Stay

We are season pass holders and have stayed at many Dollywood cabins. This cabin is excellent. It has a cozy layout, is family friendly, and is very clean. Everything is well stocked to get your stay started. The owner is excellent at communication. It is also very close to the park and you arrive within a matter of minutes. We would love to stay here again!

Great cabin near Dollywood

We absolutely loved our stay at this new cabin. It is in a perfect location for our trip to Dollywood! The king bed with bunks room was perfect for our family! The hot tub actually got hot which we don’t always have happen in cabins that we rent. The owner was wonderful to work with, and we will definitely try to rent from her again. Also, the pizza at the market near the cabin was very good!

Great mountain get-away!

Our overall experience was great! My family and I went for my sons travel ball tournament at the Cal Ripken Experience. The location was perfect. The cabin had everything we needed for our vacation. The only warning I would give to future renters of this unit is the owner seems to have control and access of the A/C units from the app on their phone. After coming back from a long very HOT day at the ball park, to an upstairs bedroom that is 78 degrees, I immediately thought the A/C was broke. I knew that I didn't leave it that hot. I messaged the owner right away for fear that the rest of our stay was going to be miserable if the A/C was not working properly. The weather was unusually hot and muggy. After going back and forth with the owner through VRBO messaging, I later discovered that the owner was controlling the temp to our unit from the app on their phone. Which I find very unsettling especially since I had no idea why the thermostat said it was set to 68 but it was 78 in the unit and then the owner made it seem like I did something wrong by trying to adjust the thermostat myself to see what was going on. It would be wise for the owner to give renters a brief disclosure letting them know that the thermostats are connected to their phone and that they would be 'monitoring' and/or making adjustments to the temperatures throughout their stay. Which I do not know if I would have signed that disclosure or rented this unit if I knew that. I mean, if I pay FULL vacation rental pricing for FULL access to a property during my stay, I expect to have FULL control over the amenities and luxuries of the unit. Not be 'watched over' or monitored by the owner. That would be my only complaint about our stay in this unit.

Beautiful place and comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The only reason I didn’t give the cleanliness a 5 star is because the ceiling fans and some light fixtures need cleaning. Everything else was great! The king bed was very comfortable and the layout of the rooms was nice. With there being 4 adults and three children we had plenty of room. The owner responded quickly and checked in with us. We highly recommend this property.

The property was in excellent condition. Really loved the availability of kitchenware. It would be nice to have a larger outdoor trash bin...had to stuff the trash when leaving. Other than this minor nuisance we really enjoyed the property. Loved the central location to everything! Would absolutely stay here again!
