Villa Victoria, with indoor pool, 900 m from Pornic center and beaches

In Pornic, the Villa Victoria, with indoor swimming pool, welcomes you for your stays with family or friends. This magnificent residence of character, built at the end of the 19th century, offers you an ideal location, 10 minutes walk from the medieval town, near the port, the beach of Noë Veillard and the golf course.
The villa is located in a residential area, festive events are not allowed.
The Villa (House + Apartment) has a capacity of 10 to 14 people maximum.
In July and August, rentals are exclusively by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
You will benefit from all the comforts, including a large indoor swimming pool area, with jacuzzi, lounge area, an outdoor spa on the apartment side (except winter) on a fully fenced property of 1200 m².
Optionally, we can provide you with household linen including fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases + bath towel and towel in addition for €15 for a single bed and €25 for a double bed.

We were a family group of 11 with mixed ages ranging from 7 to 75. The indoor pool was very popular with the 6 young ones and provided them with entertainment when we weren’t out and about.

We had a great family stay. Lovely patio and gas BBQ area. Nice living space and plenty of secure parking. Several of the rooms share a bathroom and are not ensuite but this was explained in the particulars so not a suprise.Some beautiful beaches 10 mins drive away. Town is a 10 mins walk. The owners met us at the start of our stay.

A lovely house with good facilities and plenty of room for our two families. The separate apartment worked well for older teens. Great recently-added indoor pool and hot tubs, and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are a bit variable in size, quality and quirks. Location is slightly out of town, on a roundabout, but convenient by road, for buses (free in summer) and for the supermarket, and it's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the beach or the centre of Pornic. The wider area is really interesting and attractive, with lots to do. Owners were helpful and responsive. Recommended!

Multi-generational family holiday

Three generations of family, 8 adults(2 grandparents and 6 parents), 6 children (8y-2y) had a wonderful break. The pool and hot-tub were a massive hit. The large, level, access drive area were great for young children cycling and playing ball games. 6 bedrooms is really 4 + 2 bedrooms with "the apartment" not accessible from inside the rest of the house. Kitchen well equipped, but induction hob on small side and sharper knives would have been useful. We would recommend a visitors/suggestions book. All had a fabulous time - thank you.

We had a fantastic stay here!

We stayed here for a family celebration 10 adults and 2 small children. The ‘annex’ reached by going down the steps outside was perfect for the parents with the children to have their own space. The garden was large enough for playing games and riding small bicycles. The pool, hot tub and bbq were well used and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit mixed in their comfort. Downstairs was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen itself is a bit small but there is plenty of fridge and freezer space available. Location is good, near supermarkets and an easy walk down to the town and about 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

La maison (1er et 2nd étages) et son appartement (rdc) indépendant offrent un ensemble idéal avec plusieurs espaces de vie pour une réunion de famille au complet, Bien située avec tout à 1,5 km. De très belles prestations, notamment côté cuisines (x2, ouvertes) et salle à manger principale avec un très grande table pour largement 12 personnes dans une très grande pièce. Un vrai centre de loisir à domicile pour passer de très bons moments : 2 jacuzzis haut de gamme et petite piscine, petit billard américain dans une pièce un peu exigüe, babyfoot un peu vieillissant. Un excellent séjour à Pornic !

This stunning Villa is in an ideal location for walking to delightful golden sand beaches, boulangeries, the train the bus, the grocery store, everything you need for a perfect vacation. The Villa is stunning , the two hot tubs delightful and pool surprising large and in its own room. Bicycles and scooters come with the Villa. The large kitchen had sewing for my entire extended family. Everyone from our eleven year old grandson, two thirteen year old grandsons, one 16 year old grand daughter, both sons and their beautiful wives and 2 grandparents, was joyfully occupied, comfortably accommodated and completely delighted. Our hosts were delightful and felt like dear family rather that landlords.

Tres bon accueil de Catherine parfait pour 14 personnes. La piscine et le spa sont magnifiques, un endroit très bien pensé et aménagé. La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et disponibles suite à un petit incident ménager.Excelent séjour en famille

Der Pool war warm genug und die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß auch im Whirlpool. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Familie gut nutzbar. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Pornic an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist nicht so toll. Zu Fuß geht man 15 Minuten bis zum Hafen. Der Ort selber ist toll, aber über die Feiertage voll.

Spacieux

14 couchages , salles de bain en nombre , piscine intérieure chauffée , jacuzzi , l'espace intérieur donne de l'intimité à chacun , plusieurs salons , bref tout était conforme à nos attentes , et avons pu passé un très bon week end . Le seul bémol , l'escalier qui grince un peu et nous réveille , rien de grave .
