Enjoy two bright, comfortable living areas—one upstairs with a large sectional, palm tree views, and outdoor pool table; the other downstairs with a mini kitchen, canal views, bar, and additional lounge space.

Resort-Style Amenities:
Lounge in the oversized pool, soak in the hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or kayak along the canal leading to open water. WiFi, washer/dryer, beach towels, and full heating/AC are all included for your comfort.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Keys are located in the lock box at the front door. Code to access the keys is 1976. Once you check out please lock all doors. Place the set of keys back into the lock box.

Please take out all trash from the house after you check out. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keep all entrance gates to the property closed when entering and leaving.

This house was wonderful! The host was very responsive when we had questions about the house and our needs. The pool was perfect and my whole family enjoyed it so much. Location was great, 5 minutes from grocery store and great restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the bikes and kayaks, such nice amenities. Looking forward to returning.

We’ve recently purchased property in South Georgia and love splitting our time between both locations. Richard is passionate about design and custom finishes, which you’ll find throughout the home, as well as in the landscaping. We enjoy hosting because it brings us joy to share the special experiences we've had in this house with others. Our hope is that you’ll find peace and relaxation here, feeling like you’re on your own island during your stay. We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as if it were your own, so that others can continue to enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We like the key deer that are native to this island along with the fact that we are away from most tourists. So the traffic is not too bad. We also like the local grocery store, parks and restaurants that are near by! It is a quiet and friendly area as well.

Our gated property offers a rare combination of privacy and spaciousness, set on three lots with a sprawling yard—uncommon in this area where many homes are built with crushed gravel/rock. The very large, private pool is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and tall trees, creating an intimate and serene atmosphere. Whether you're lounging by the pool or relaxing on the screened porch or upper deck, you’ll enjoy complete seclusion and breathtaking star gazing with no nearby neighbors. This is truly an oasis for those who appreciate the beauty of nature and privacy.
