Enjoy breathtaking views from 1,370 sq ft of balcony space. A 30-foot dock with cleats allows for up to a 25' boat (canal is narrow! and bay access is shallow!). Plenty of parking is available for boat trailers as well. Kayaks and paddleboards, are provided for added fun! Perfect for those seeking a serene Florida Keys lifestyle with all the comforts of home.

We live in Minnesota and instantly fell in love with the Florida Keys when we first visited in 2016! We love the sun, pool, ocean, local island life and just the chill vibe the Keys provides. We look forward to sharing our home with you and making valuable memories!
Why they chose this property
Cudjoe Key is a very relaxed island full of locals who are more year-round owners. The location is fantastic being only 20 minutes from Key West! For boating, the island is easy to get to from both the Gulf Side and Atlantic.
What makes this property unique
The size of this house in the Keys is unique. 2 living spaces, 4 bedrooms and 4 bath make it ideal for larger families or groups of couples looking for a little room to spread out on their vacation. A pool is a must for us to cool off in the hot Florida sun; and the canal is great for those with a bay boat who want to spend some time fishing. This place has it all!
