Lake Arrowhead is so charming. This home is gorgeous and right on the lake. We were there w our 3 adult kids and their families. Plenty of room to spread out… also lots of places to gather - perfect!

Tony is a wonderful host with prompt and thorough communication. The home is one of the nicest we have stayed in at lake arrowhead, or anywhere for that matter.Plenty of room to spread out and play games, eat, socialize, etc., and each bedroom is beautifully appointed with nice bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to feed a group every meal of the day. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. We would love to know more about the history of the home. You would never know that it’s one of the originals built on the lake because everything inside and out is so up to date and luxurious.

I cannot even begin to say enough great things about this property. It’s GORGEOUS!!! We didn’t want to leave. It surpassed expectations, Tony is wonderful, and the experience was top notch. We haven’t stopped talking about it since we left and are hoping to return to this magical escape. Tony went above and beyond to be accommodating and even send recommendations in the area. The property truly looks like something out of a fairytale!!!!

A beautiful home and perfect vacation stay.

What a great house! There was ample space for our family (10 people) to gather and also ample space for people to have private time. Kitchen was stocked for a large group, we appreciated the multiple fridges and dishwashers! Tony Puma was incredibily responsive. We had a great time. Thank you!

Spectacular Lake Arrowhead Resort

Our family had an incredible time at Tony's beautiful, lakefront spectacular home. Straight from the pages of Architectural Digest, the gorgeous decor, spacious rooms and dining areas, and superb setting made it a vacation our family will always cherish. Amazing hospitality!

Tony was helpful and answered all my questions so quickly as this was our first time renting on VRBO. It was so easy to access the property, all our guests were in awe at how beautiful it was and we liked it so much we are coming back in May. Thank you, Tony!

Beautiful home on the lake

Very comfortable large home. Enjoyed views from the bedrooms of the lake and Forest. Grand large table to serve dinner to 12. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. We hope to come back to stay again.

Gorgeous Home and Location

This is a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time. The home is stocked with everything you might need and the host is super easy to communicate with. Our family of grandparents, two sets of parents and five grandchildren each had our own space and plenty of gathering spots. The view is outstanding. Sitting on the deck is a real pleasure. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

My family and I fell in love with this house. It’s absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to return during the summer. Exactly as it looks in the pictures. Huge property right by the lake, clean, very comfortable, full of all the amenities you would need. The host was very sweet and easy to deal with. Family Memories

Our family’s three-generation, pre-Christmas gathering was so fun and memorable thanks to Tony and his beautiful, well-appointed home. The location, with walking path near the lake and lovely scenery, can’t be beat. Tony was readily available when we had questions and was always very accommodating. The unexpected, gorgeous Christmas wreaths, floral arrangements, and poinsettias lining the entry walkway made the place especially magical for young and old.This home had been on my favorites list for three years. It is truly an enchanting place. I’m so glad I finally rented it and helped create lasting memories for my family. As my niece said, “I love everything about this place!” Thanks again, Tony!

Don’t book this property!

We had this house reserved for our kids ski week and also to celebrate my nephews 9th birthday. There were 6 adults in our group and 4 kids. We drove from Orange County to Lake Arrowhead (2 hour drive). The property manager/owner called us at 1pm (day of arrival) after we had already arrived to Lake Arrowhead to tell us he forgot to schedule a cleaning crew so the house would not be cleaned by the 4pm check-in. He proceeded to tell us the previous guests that left the same day had “cleaned up” and so we could use the house and he would try to schedule cleaning the following day. I don’t know anyone that would be comfortable with staying in a house that was dirty and was just occupied by other guests. We couldn’t find another place to stay on such short notice and had such limited internet or phone service due to being in the mountains, we had to drive back down the mountain and head home with 4 extremely disappointed kids and adults. We lost an entire day of our vacation, wasted money on gas for two cars and had to pay our chef that had shopped to prepare dinner for us that evening. Very unfortunate experience.

I probably should have responded to this review sooner, but I initially thought I would let our 7-year record of 100% positive/impeccable reviews speak for itself. However, since this person left out some key facts, and is telling others “Don’t book this property,” after NOT ACTUALLY STAYING THERE, I decided I should respond. Yes, I made a mistake with the cleaning schedule (which has never happened before), and I immediately called her once I realized it. I apologized and told her I would DOUBLE THE LENGTH OF THEIR STAY AND REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING! I also offered her multiple solutions for the first night WHICH INCLUDED ME PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP TO STAY AT THE LAKE ARROWHEAD RESORT & SPA FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. I also offered her solutions that would allow for clean bedding if they preferred to stay at our property the first night, prior to it being cleaned the next morning. But she was very upset and insisted on leaving Lake Arrowhead. I wish she would have given me a chance to make it up to her…they would have loved the property! As you can see, we will do whatever it takes to make our renters happy. EVERY group that’s stayed at our lake house would attest to that, and most of them are repeat renters to prove it!

Look no further than this spectacular resort-like mansion!

What a wonderful way to ring in the holiday season with our friends and family. The adults loved the family room with 180 deg view of the lake, game table, and huge TV while the kids loved the downstairs level where they could escape from the adults, lol. We thought the online images of the space were incredible already, but seeing the home in person it's even more spectacular. Ample room for 5-6 families to each have their own space, gorgeous and picturesque outdoor scenery to take in the sights, one of the best (if not the best) rentals we've ever enjoyed! *Few things to note* - Ice maker was not working properly, you may need to purchase ice - Main level primary bedroom gets very cold since it shares the same heating system as the entire first floor. If you turn the heat up to accommodate for the bedroom, the main level gets too hot. If you keep it low, the bedroom gets very cold at night. Property managers should get a small portable heater just for this bedroom. All other rooms have their own nest thermostat. - Pillows in every room are VERY soft. Too soft. No support kind of soft. I would probably bring my own pillows next time, but that defeats the purpose of vacationing. No points docked for the above (mini) issues. Just something to note before you book. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a luxury stay in Lake Arrowhead. Thank you Tony for the great communication and being super accommodating! Can't wait to come back!
