Maison neuve avec une superbe piscine

Nous avons occupĂ© pendant 10 jours un des trois logements de plain-pied en location au sein de cette nouvelle maison. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la propriĂ©tĂ© pour nous pendant la durĂ©e de notre sĂ©jour et de pouvoir profiter du jardin et de la piscine seuls. La propriĂ©tĂ© se situe dans un quartier calme de MollĂ©gĂšs le long d’un chemin qui en fonction de l’heure est plus ou moins empruntĂ©. Le bruit des voitures ne nous a toutefois pas dĂ©rangĂ© et nos enfants se sont rĂ©jouits des tracteurs qui dĂ©passaient le haut mur de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© l’emplacement de la propriĂ©tĂ© avec des commerces de proximitĂ© Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied dont deux boulangeries, une boucherie et un primeur ainsi qu’une supĂ©rette. L’emplacement Ă©tait Ă©galement idĂ©al pour nos excursions dans les Alpilles, en Camargue et dans le Luberon. Le logement quant Ă  lui a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos attentes surtout la belle piscine Ă©quipĂ©e d’une « plage » (un large rebords surĂ©levĂ©) oĂč a pu patauger et s’asseoir notre petit garçon. La piscine est sĂ©curisĂ©e par un systĂšme de volets qui peut ĂȘtre facilement manipulĂ©. Nos enfants ont Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© la cabane et les jouets dans un coin du jardin. La prĂ©sence d’un fonds d’armoire consĂ©quent, de produits d’entretien ainsi que de bouets et gilets enfant pour la piscine mĂ©rite d’ĂȘtre signalĂ©e. On aurait pu ne rien emmener, ce qui est rare pour une location. Enfin l’accueil de Sandrine a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaleureux et Sandrine est un hĂŽte trĂšs disponible, s’il devait nous manquer quelque chose ou si besoin d’un renseignement. Le seul bĂ©mol est le prix Ă©levĂ© du forfait mĂ©nage Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour que nous n’avions pas pu consultĂ© avant de louer le logement. Ce qui, ajoutĂ© au prix relativement Ă©levĂ© de la location, nous a nĂ©gativement surpris Ă  la fin de notre sĂ©jour. Nous aurions Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© que le jardin soit un peu plus vert et moins minĂ©ral. Bref, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour au Clos du Capucin et n’hĂ©siterons pas Ă  y retourner si l’occasion se reprĂ©sente. Surtout si nous pouvons y ĂȘtre seuls.
