In 2018 the owners completed construction of this vacation home on a private road, directly on the Nubble and across the street from the ocean. Enjoy the (partial) ocean views and only a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse are both a 10-minute walk. When you are not at the beach you can enjoy your time outside on the covered deck on the 3rd floor. This home is accessible to each floor via a custom-built elevator. This floor has a large 10 x 22 common bath with a large soaking tub and large walk-in shower design to accessible and a wheelchair accessible toilet. The 1st floor (ground floor) has a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The 25 x 25 garage provides ample space for a large van and for storing all your beach toys.
