"Breakers East 502" Gulf Front 2BR/2BA Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 502 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom has walk-in shower, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has bathtub/shower combination, single vanity; living room- (1) queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Great communication with the manager when we decided to extend our stay. Very clean with all amenities needed. If I were to suggest one thing that would be an improvement - better pillows for the bed in the main bedroom.

The Condo was very clean and was exactly as what was shown in the pictures. We have rented condos in many different places and this place was by far best that we have stayed at. It is definitely well maintained and taken care of.This is the type of rental that deserves a 5 star review.
