About this property

Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath 3rd floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Peaceful Spring Break in Destin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Breakers East 303! We always look forward to our stays in Florida, and as we are first-timers in Destin, we can say we truly enjoyed our experience. Breakers East 303 had everything we needed. There was an abundance of towels, bed linens, and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. At this time, the second elevator is under maintenance, but we never waited for more than five minutes for the elevator to take us to our floor. As you can imagine, the views from the balcony are incredible - we had a great time watching for dolphins in the morning while we had our morning coffee. We were able to enjoy local restaurants such as Merlin's Pizza, Pecan Jack's Candy and Ice Cream, and East Pass Coffee Company. For seafood, we really enjoyed Harbor Dock's. A definite must-do - take a pontoon ride to Crab Island!I hope we are able to come back to Destin real soon. If we do, I am confident we will seek accommodations at Breakers East!

We enjoy the location ( minus hwy98 .. that’s always a true test in patience) have been vacationing @ Breakers East for many years during the Spring . Management company provides excellent service .
