4 gîtes with swimming pool in Sologne

All 4 cottages of the farm including:
- a cottage for 2 people of about 40m² including living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom (bed 160/200), shower room with toilet and terrace,
- a cottage for 6 people of about 85m² comprising: living room with equipped kitchen and insert, 3 bedrooms (each a 160/200 bed), shower room with double sink, separate toilet and terrace,
- a cottage for 6 people of about 90m² comprising: living room with equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 180/200), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90/190), 1 mezzanine (bed 160/200), shower room, separate toilet and terrace,
- an 8-person cottage of approximately 170m² comprising: living room that can accommodate 26 people (we provide additional folding tables so that you can all sit at the table in the living room), equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom on the first floor with private shower room, 2 bedrooms (each 1 bed 160/200), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90/200), bathroom / shower with toilet, separate toilet, terrace and private garden.

The outdoor terraces all include teak garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs.

The terraces overlook the garden and the natural swimming pool of 5m*12m except the terrace of the cottage for 8 people which overlooks the private garden.

By renting the 4 cottages, you privatize the premises and would therefore not have to share the swimming pool which will be entirely reserved for you.

An outdoor area at the back of the barn will allow you to enjoy meals together.

The stay of the cottage 8 people will allow you to meet together for indoor meals, we provide folding tables on request so that we can all eat together.

Our cottages have recently been restored with respect for the old buildings with natural materials (lime, hemp, cork, old terracotta tiles...).


Also take advantage of the 27 hectares of our property to walk around the pond and on the many rural paths directly from the farm. 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🚶‍♀️🚶

Visit the Sologne: its majestic forests, its picturesque villages, the banks of the Cher 🚣, the famous Zooparc de Beauval 🐼 and of course the countless castles of the Loire 🏰 including Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Selles-sur-Cher, Valencay...

Cleaning fee 250€ (tenants are asked to tidy up the cottages, empty the garbage cans and empty the dishwashers)

Linen rental option at €10/person (sheets, towels, dish towels)

Tourist tax in addition (to be calculated according to the number of adults)

The rental price includes an electricity package of 8kvA per person, plus consumption billed at the exit.

Weekly booking during the summer holidays from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 2 nights the rest of the year

WEEKLY RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS at 5.000€/week (excluding options/tourist taxes)

MINIMUM RENTAL OF 2 NIGHTS THE REST OF THE YEAR

ON LONG WEEKENDS, THE RENTAL IS DONE FOR THE ENTIRE LONG WEEKEND WITH AN ARRIVAL THE DAY BEFORE THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY
