This desirably located southwest Cape Coral villa is on the beautiful 100’ wide, freshwater Tycoon Canal - perfect for watching the sunset, enjoying the myriad of wildlife, or exploring nearby Memory Lake!

A modern stone pool deck surrounds the crystal blue heated swimming pool, which offers a covered lanai that is perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, and grilling out on the outdoor barbecue grill. Grab your swimsuits and put on some sunscreen - Kayaks are available to explore these gorgeous canals! You will find bicycles at your disposal that are ready to reveal to you this charming Cape Coral neighborhood.

Villa Sirena has three bedrooms: the large master suite has direct access to the pool, and the master bathroom is equipped with both a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub to get your relaxation juices flowing! The living space includes an expansive, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a full dining room, a living room, and a comfortable entertainment space.

This paradisiacal vacation home includes all the technology you need! From high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen televisions with cable TV service in all the bedrooms to an enormous 70” flat screen tv in the living room - Villa Sirena has got it all! Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, spare linens, and bath towels for both bathrooms are available for your use as well.

All that is left is to sit back and enjoy your vacation!

Guest will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment. The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

* The bicycles and kayaks are available and free to use at your own risk.

Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.

We liked everything about this house - it had all we needed for our holidays in Cape Coral. Hospitality of the hosts should also be mentioned here. They aallowed us to check out a bit later without extra cost to make our way back as smooth as possible.

Wonderful Vacation Property

We had an amazing stay at the Villa. Easy check in process, everything was clean and very well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful trip. My kids used the bikes everyday and my husband was thrilled to find a fishing pole in the garage!! Everything we needed and such a beautiful place. Hopefully we will be back again soon!!!

We had a great time, all and all the place was wonderful. Jana was wonderful and met us at the house the day after we arrived and showed us how the pool timer worked and was very prompt on a few of the emails we had sent her. The only complaint would be we wished the patio area around the pool was a little bigger and that there were some privacy shrubs along the pool. We would stay there again though.

A Month In Paradise

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Sirena for the month of March. We found the Villa to be exactly as it was described. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. Jana was prompt to answer any questions and to provide us with several items for our grandson. We loved the pool and watching the wildlife on the canal. The Villa was truly our home away from home. We can’t wait to return next year! Thank you Jana for everything that you did to make sure our visit was perfect.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within minutes drive to many stores and restaurants. We were in the Cape Coral area for baseball tournaments and were close to the different field locations. The unit was clean upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. All appliances were in working order, the kitchen is fully stocked, there are plenty of linen, and all bedrooms are comfortable. There are several games, books, and beach items available for use. Views from the lanai are so beautiful. My family spent most time outdoors from breakfast to dinner. There is ample space for everyone to enjoy from reading a book on a lounger, splashing in the pool, or relaxing in the hot tub. I really appreciated the property managers checking in with our family to make sure we were comfortable. We'll definitely stay again!

Villa Sirena is Fabulous!! Cant say enough about this house. I have rented a lot of houses and this is the best house!! It is very very clean. Has all the amenities you need when renting for vacation. The pool and outdoor furniture were so nice and kept up so you wanted to use them. The Manager Jana was the best!! I would rent this house again and again. You will not be disappointed. It is in a nice neighborhood very close to restaurants and stores. Pool faces the sun all day and there is also plenty of shade for those that dont want direct sun. The cannel offers views of wild life such as turtles and birds while kayaking or sitting by pool. Teenagers loved the bikes and kayaks that came with rental. Thank you again for the wonderful rental and rental manager!

The house was great! It was well stocked and very clean. It was perfect for us. It has two living spaces and the pool was amazing. It was a fabulous stay and I hope we are able to go back. It was in a good location and we were able to come and go without a problem. The neighbors were nice. I just can't say enough. Jana was the best. She was always there when or if we needed her. Fabulous stay!

This property is great! Very clean and a great house layout. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which made it easy to go for walks with our children (ages 7, 5, and 2). So many extras at this place which is why we stayed here…heated pool, gas grill, beach chairs & umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, pool floatie, bikes, kayaks, smart TVs in every room, Wi-Fi. The canal is in the backyard. We enjoyed sitting on the edge watching the turtles, fish, and ducks. The house is in a pretty central location as it is easy to drive anywhere. Not really within walking distance to many restaurants and such but that wasn’t a problem for us. We drove to Fort Myers beach (~45min-1hr). The property manager did a great job of communicating with us throughout our entire stay. Everything on the listing is accurate except I didn’t see where you pay for your own electrical usage. I was told it is about $10/day. We would 100% recommend this place! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful, comfortable home

We were so impressed with how spotlessly clean this home and pool were. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, and the hand soap at the sinks was a nice touch. The neighborhood is nice and it's close to a really good pizza place (LeLuLo's) that we tried while there. The property manager was easy to work with and super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property in a nice neighborhood

This is a lovely house, very clean and well maintained! The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you could need, down to paper supplies, and ice. So many small details that were great to stumble upon! There is a small fridge out by the pool that was great for beverages/snacks so we didn’t have to track in and out of the house. The pool was clean, and the pool deck was spacious enough for our family to not be crowded. Jana was very polite and easy to work with! I would stay at this property again :)

Family time

We highly enjoyed your place with our adult children... except for a couple of things, I would recommend checking the gas for the grill... we were able to grill only one night... kind of inconvenient to have to go and fill It up.... also stop at the dollar store and get paper towel, Kleenex, foil and ziplock bags, as there weren’t any of those supplied for you... we also paid 47 bucks for having the air on only for 24 hours.. thank god it wasn’t on the whole vacation..
