Just minutes from I-75, this North Naples 2 bedroom 2 bath recently renovated condo is in popular Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club. Completely remodeled condo including new lighting, new kitchen appliances, new granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Enjoy your choice of 3 neighborhood pools. Rate includes utilities up to $100 per month, cable and high speed wireless internet access. Condo is equipped with a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Master Suite- 1 queen bed/ walk in closet, linen closet, private bath with stall shower
Guest Suite- Completely private suite via pocket door for your guests- 1 full size bed, closet and tub/shower combo in private bathroom. Max occupancy is 4 .

Open floor plan kitchen/dining/living/kitchen eat-in area.

Membership transfer fee of $300 (not required) includes access to reduced rate golf, tennis, fitness center, private club activities, water aerobics, resort pool etc but is not mandatory. You need the membership to utilize the restaurant

Everything was AMAZING!!!

I can't say enough good things about this condo-the property manager, the location, all of it was truly great and above my expectations! The home was clean, well stocked, and even went above and beyond what I have seen at other rental properties. Communication with the property manager was timely and concise. I definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed 2 months in Chris's condo. This was our 2nd stay and we are already booked to come back! My first comment is that Chris is very responsive and committed to ensuring our stay was perfect. The condo is super clean, well equipped, and updated. The location within the community was great - views of the 17th fairway, no barking dogs, no smokers nearby, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed dinners at the clubhouse, pickleball, and golf. The driving range was the best we've experienced. Despite being near I-75, it was just fine. The community pool was quiet and a short walk away. Chris is a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here.

An amazing stay at Naples, Florida

I just came back from one month stay at Cyperwoods, first the complex is really nice, very quite you feel the only resident, but I can see so many cars parking so it is actually quiet occupied, the maintenance is great, you can see the workers working all day around, the condo is very good in all aspects, it is in second floor, so very nice for privacy and not too many stairs if you don't want to use the elevator, was really clean, and it has everything you need from storage space every where to all furniture and fully equipped kitchen, the thing I loved the most was the balcony, nice size will furnitured and overlooking the golf course, and finally the best is the owner, Chris was very communicative and understanding he provided all what I needed even if it is not listed in the listing he still manage to get it for me, he has local help that serve you immediately, and that helped me to enjoy my one month staycation, if you find the condo available, rent it without thinking twice, good luck everyone.

It offered a great space, recently renovated, and had a membership to a private golf club. It was also close to friends that I know and I could rent it but I could personally enjoy it as well. It was also close to I-75 (but not too close).
