Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty fridge and Freezer , remove all garbage and recycling from the unit. Dispose at the recycling and garbage at the identified location
We handle the equivalent of one load total of linens and last day towels. Remove sheets, pillow case and blankets from beds and put on the washer. Please put them in or on the washer.
Set the air conditioning back to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Falling Waters Association forms must be reviewed, signed and returned to owner within 15 days of booking the unit to avoid cancellation and fees
As soon as the documents are signed, tenants are responsible for Falling Waters Master and FW 2 association fees which be deducted from any refund.
Hydro is included in the booking payment up to a maximum of $70 US monthly. Any amount over and beyond will be charged to the tenant.

Our home is located steps away from the beautiful pool , tennis courts, member center and the Club House. Our unit is on the second floor with a fantastic view of the pond and pool area.
