Golden Gate Community Park also includes a vast fitness center and wonderful Aquatics Facility. Play a round of golf at Lakewood Country Club, just 5.5 miles from this condo.

The current application fees for The Abbey at Berkshire Villages are: $150 application fee, $50 per person over 18 background check fee ($75 per Foreign National). No Pick-up trucks allowed per hoa rules
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
