For shared use: property. Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Schwendau Drei Linden" 51 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 500 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 25 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 1 km, Zillertal Arena 6.5 km, Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Aufenfeld 8 km. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Wij hadden een zeer aangename vakantie in dit huisje, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst M. mocht ook in de speeltuin van de eigenaars vertoeven Het huis was ruim, heel proper, alles was aanwezig Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

Einfache Ferienwohnung, gut angebunden

Gute Ferienwohnung, die gut angebunden ist mit Bus und Bahn an Jenbach bzw. an diverse Orte im Tal und Wandertouren. Austattung ist eher einfach gehalten. Zum Bezug waren leider eine Menge Mängel in der Wohnung vorhanden, die jedoch teilweise zeitnah behoben wurden. Der vermutlich juristisch unwirksame Aushang, alle nicht gemeldeten Mängel würden dem aktuellen Mieter zugerechnet werden, heißt einen nicht wirklich willkommen. Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich, schönes Haus mit viel Holz.

Gutes Haus mit minimalen Schwächen

Alles wie beschrieben, sauber (bis auf ein paar Spinnweben), großzügig gestaltet. Die Sauna ist wirklich top, mit Ruheraum und großzügig gestaltet. Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas komisch, wenn jedes Haus mit 3 Autos anreist, weiß ich nicht wo die alle stehen sollen. Sämtliche Pfannen waren extrem zerkratzt und damit unbrauchbar. Es gab auch kein Holzwender oder so zum rühren. Das WLAN funktioniert nur im Aufenthaltsraum.

Gute Unterkunft, mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren

Tolles Objekt, schöne Gemeinschaftssauna. Sauberkeit war gut, nur einige Spinnweben sind im Haus. Pfannen sind abgenutzt und sollten erneuert werden.

Kurz Trip Zillertal

Es ist eine schöne "Basis" um im Zillertal Ausflüge zumachen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Verwalterin der Anlage war sehr freundlich und flexibel mit der Abreise. Das einzigste was gefehlt hatte, waren ein paar Geschirr Tücher und Seife. Sonst top

Geräumige Unterkunft

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für größere Gruppen. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren mit 6 Personen zu Gast. Bei voller Belegung ist der Kühlschrank zu klein und manche Ausstattung in der Küche zu sparsam. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Platz für den Urlaub.

Ferienhaus Schwendau

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Die Lage direkt vor Mayerhofen aber im Grünen war mit 2 Hunden perfekt. Bäcker ist schräg gegenüber. Das Haus war insegsamt sauber, aber es gab einige Spinnenweben und die Armaturen an Dusche und Waschbecken waren etwas älter, die Brause defekt.

Einfach nur schön.....

Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Ort Schwendau, bietet viel Platz mit 5 DZ und 2 Bäder sowie 2 WC. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und mit fast allem ausgestattet. Im Aussenbereich kann man gut mit 8 Pers. sitzen, ein Spielplatz grenzt direkt an. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und an manchen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Vermisst haben wir eine Waschmaschine und einen 2. Kühlschrank insbesondere für Kalt Getränke. Trotz allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
