We loved the privacy of the hot tub and patio being on the outside edge of the community. Hot tub didn't fully work, but was nice. Just aged. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Nice to have a grill that was newer, we cooked our own meals. Would stay here again for sure!

Nicest VRBO ever!!

We had a phenomenal time in southern Utah, and this was by far the most well equipped place ever! Wonderful views, great beds, plenty of towels, and blankets, and an extremely well stocked kitchen. Everything needed for a great week!

Perfect getaway

This house has it all - location, space, a view to die for, nice decor, a hot tub, a kitchen stocked with useful items, the mosty comfy King bed in master-- would def rent again if back in that area. One of the best VRBO houses we ever rented.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this is at the top of the list. We enjoyed the huge outside patio with hot tub and grill, with beautiful views over a golf course with red rock mountains in distance. Inside was very clean and well stocked. Great communication with host. Five stars across the board.

Zion trip

Great place .. super clean…comfortable beds…loved the fire pit…hot tub was not working..which was partly why I rented the condo t was reimbursed some $. 40 minute drive to Zion .. not too bad …

Mountain Biking Base Camp

This unit is a great place for three active couples to hang out for a few days. We picked the location because it is surrounded by great mountain biking trails. We were able to spend three days riding, cooking, and relaxing without ever going into town.

Beautiful views

This property was fantastic! The view over the golf course was incredible and the outdoor patio amazing. We loved the pool area and the private hot tub. The property was extremely clean and the kitchen well-stocked. We liked how there were condiments in the fridge so we didn't have to buy and waste by throwing away when we left. We would definitely stay here again!

Community Pool HEATED and open in winter!

Would definitely stay here again. Nice space which was very clean and functional. It's in a planned community which is fairly generic and a little bit outside of town. The community center has two swimming pools and two jacuzzis which were heated and comfortable to swim in at the end of December. Kitchen is well stocked, loved having the in unit washer/dryer and there was ample space for our family of four.

Great corner views in a nice quite neighborhood

This condo was in an amazing location with 2 outstanding views! We watched hot air balloons launch every morning as we drank our coffee! It was very clean and had all of the dishes and appliances you could need, even a blender for smoothies! Make sure to bring your own coffee and tea. The only downsides were the firepit didn't work and the hot tub was extremely hot with no option of adjusting the temperature.

Great townhome, plenty of space.

We stayed in this property because it’s relative proximity to Zion. We hiked there 3 days and one at Bryce, so e also went to Snow Canyon State Park near St George one day, so this home was convenient to all. We cooked most of our meals in and packed lunches for the parks with the cooler in the garage. The hot tub was very dirty when we arrived but they service it twice a week so it was clean and ready to use by the first day after hiking. The kids loved using the pool in the evening, just a short walk away in the neighborhood. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, but no food storage bowls (only lids), so plan ahead of you think you’ll have leftovers. There are PLENTY of towels. The beds are comfortable, the pillows could use an update. Overall we loved this property and we would stay there again. Highly recommend for families with kids.

Filthy

The first thing we noticed when we arrived and entered the house was how dirty the floor was! But the floor was outdone by how dirty the oven was as well as the coffee maker and dishwasher all of this led into the bathroom where the bath mat was laying face down, when turned over it was black in the center with dirt. Progressing into the bathroom we found hair clogging the shower drain screen in the master bath and no soap in the second shower. The guest bath sink has a sign asking guests to use the black wash cloth to remove make-up with, but there was not a black watch cloth. The sheets and pillow cases in one of the guest bedrooms were wrinkled and the duvet cover was dirty. If this was not bad enough the kitchen was poorly stocked and we had to wash all of the pots and pans as well as the dishes and silverware before use. The master bedroom bed was too soft to sleep in. We left after one night, choosing to lose the money on the rest of our stay instead of enduring the filth any longer.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was spotless, had an amazing view of the golf course and mountains in the distance. The best was having a corner unit with a lot more outdoor space than some of the other units. We had lovely evenings outside in the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit. The community pool was crowded but we were hiking most days so it wasn't an issue. The beds were clean and comfy. The owner/property manager left great house instructions with lots of information for restaurants in the area. We only had a minor problem with check-in. When I was sent the email with the access code there was no address. We were able to reach the emergency line where they gave us the specific address - but it caused a moment of stress when we didn't know if we would be able to reach anyone since it was after business hours. The management company was insistent that they had included the address but 4 of us adults looked at the info that was sent and we couldn't find it. Oh well - we did make it to the correct place. When we arrived it was dark. The code didn't work on the garage door so we started walking around the house and only saw sliding doors. It was very dark and hard to see but we finally found the "front door" with our flash lights. Maybe the management company would want to leave outside lights on in case of an evening check-in? Just a thought. Other than that minor hiccup we had a fantastic stay. We would stay there again without question. Loved it.
