This is a wonderful space for those that want to be close to downtown, BSU, local hospitals, hiking trails and all that the heart of Boise has to offer. This location is close proximity to St. Luke's, St. Alphonsous and across the street from the VA hospital. Short walk to Camel's Back park, Hyde Park, Downtown and the River Greenbelt. The foothills are literally outside your doorstep. This space has been remodeled and decorated to be a relaxing environment. Enjoy your coffee in the private, heated sunroom or a make a meal in the full kitchen. This is a duplex type arrangement and noises or cooking aromas may occasionally filter from the adjoining apartment. Washer/dryer available for guest use via laundry room, which is shared by other unit. The second bed is a couch pull out. A mattress topper can be provided upon request if the pull out sofa bed mattress is not to your liking. There are many reviews on the other rental platforms. PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.

Great Studio, Great Location, Great Stay!

Had a great time staying in the North End at this listing. The location is great! I walked through the Capitol park everyday to get to downtown and it was lovely. The place was very clean, and I loved sitting on the enclosed porch at night. It does sit on a main street, so sometimes it could be a bit loud, but I usually put on white noise anyways and that sufficiently drowned it out. Would stay again!!!

Great location in downtown Boise. It's so easy to walk or bike to great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is a very nicely remodeled old house. As with most old houses the floors are squeaky and the bathroom is tiny. That said, it's perfect if you want a quiet place in downtown Boise.

Apartment on N. 5th Boise

Very convenient to all of our needs while staying in Boise, ID, for 10 days. Located near downtown, grocery stores, hiking trails, etc. The apartment was quite clean, modern, and equipped to prepare meals. The security system on doors offered safety, and parking a car was available. Next visit would stay again.

This is a great jumping off point to hit the mountain bike and hiking trails, visit the BSU campus, the zoo, downtown and explore the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Just a short drive to Bogus Basin for snow skiing and downhill mountain biking! Be sure to walk to Hyde Park for coffee or dinner. It's not to be missed!
