You will be able to enjoy this 40m2 duplex with a beautiful outdoor space with a 50 m2 terrace.

Located in a quiet area, this house is ideally located at the gates of Pyla sur mer, near the Dune du Pyla, close to the Golf d'Arcachon, the pine forest, the beaches, the Teste de Buch market via its many cycle paths and 5 minutes from Arcachon by car.

All the equipment is new and the bedding offered is of high quality. You will have at your disposal:
-an upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed 160 cm as well as a single bed 90 cm and a dressing room.
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a Neoqled television and its sound bar, wifi.
- a fitted kitchen equipped with a combined oven, a refrigerator, a hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Nespresso machine (capsules to be provided), a filter coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
-a laundry room with washing machine, fans, iron and ironing board.
- a quiet outdoor space including a garden table, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and 2 parasols.
- a multi-storey parking space located nearby.

On your arrival, the house is ready for your holidays and a thorough cleaning is carried out. Sheets and towels are provided for 10€ per person as an option on arrival. You will benefit from an on-site welcome to help you discover the house and its amenities as well as the best addresses in the area.


The district benefits from a swimming pool and a paddling pool supervised in July and August and open from July to the end of September, children's play areas, a multi-sports field: beach volleyball and petanque court as well as a supermarket.

Pied-à-terre in a quiet area, you will be able to recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful setting of the Arcachon basin.
