The apartment is very well maintained, it has all the comforts to spend a pleasant holiday. Bright apartment with an east-west orientation, a balcony where you can take meals with a view of the Arcachon basin. The residence is secure and offers a garden with 2 thatched huts, a boules court, a swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, a tennis court, as well as a private parking space.
Beach at the foot of the residence, bike ride or walk along the pool, children's games ...
Quiet and pleasant area 3 km from the city center accessible by cycle paths.
A deposit of 800 euros (check not cashed) will be required before entering the apartment.

Un appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir le bassin et les environs. Logement parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes où chacun peut trouver sa place. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal : le quartier est très calme, la résidence offre de nombreuses possibilités (piscine, tennis, pétanque), et que dire de la vue !!!! Magique ! L'appartement est très propre et très bien conçu, surtout pour une location de vacances. Bref, nous n'avons qu'une hâte : y retourner !

Appartement idéalement situé pour les couchers de soleil et la proximité avec le bassin. Très propre et décoré avec gout, l'appartement ne manque de rien. Propriétaire accessible et de bons conseils. Résidence calme (loc. en septembre) et très bien entretenue. Proximité des commerces appréciable car tout se fait à pied ou à vélo. Nous avons découvert le bassin d'Arcachon et sommes tombés sous le charme de ses nombreux ports ostreicoles et réserves naturelles. L'activité kayak/canoe sur la leyre ou sur le bassin est à faire sans hésitation. L'incontournable dune du Pilat vaut le détour. Nous reviendrons c'est sur. Propriétaire

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Ferienanlage mit großem Pool. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Leider hat Küche nur 2 Kochplatten. Domizil ist recht weit vom Zentrum und nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Würden wir weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful apartment near the beach

The apartment was beautifully decorated and near the beach. Nadia was a very helpful, welcoming host. The apartment did get quite hot as no air con and there are some low beams in the upstairs room which we banged our heads on a few times. A short cycle ride to Andernos les bains town centre. A lovely area, great food in local restaurants.

Propriété idéalement située avec vue sur mer depuis la terrasse !!! piscine, parking privatif...le tout bien entretenu. Agencement de l'appartement est idéal pour de bonne vacances avec sa chambre vue la piscine !! . Très bon séjour !

Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il se situe à quelques pas de la plage, où se trouve un sentier piéton. La résidence est très calme ; nous avons profité de la piscine et du terrain de tennis. Nous avons également profité du balcon où nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'appartement lui même est très pratique, bien décoré et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. C'est une location que nous recommandons.
