Charming 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, home located one mile from Main Street in Blowing Rock with all of the shopping and restaurants! The home is 2,400 sq ft with two separate spaces accessible by outdoor steps. The upstairs living room has a wood burning fireplace. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped cook’s dream kitchen and a dining table for 6. The upstairs back porch overlooks the beautiful Blowing Rock Country Club Golf Course. 100 feet up the road there is direct cart path access to the course and to the country club!
Walk down a set of outdoor steps by the side of the house to a separate unit with 2 bedrooms, with one king bedroom and one bedroom with two XL twins, 2 full bathrooms, a small living room and small kitchen with a dining table for two. There is a a full sized pull out sofa downstairs in the living room as well. The upstairs and downstairs are connected only by a set of outdoor uncovered steps. The house is located on a paved city maintained road in a lovely Blowing Rock neighborhood! Walk the historic main street walking path to all of the shops and restaurants. Westglow Spa (rated #1 Destination Spa in the world by Travel & Leisure Magazine) is 15 minutes away. Appalachian, Sugar and Beech Mountain are all nearby. Tweetsie Railroad & Theme Park is 15 minutes from the house. Wifi and good cell reception.

Breathtaking views and luxurious accommodations

This well appointed and tastefully decorated four bedroom, four and a half bath home has a flexible floor plan that should accommodate most all families. Cozy fireplaces and inviting porches give multiple spots to rest or just read a book. Dealing with the manager could not have gone smoother.
