Grew up in the Bay Area and always loved the Monterey Peninsula
Margaret purchased this House in 2004
Why Margaret chose Pacific Grove
Love the history of this house (built in 1908) and the location just could not have been better. We love spending time in PG and just parking the car for the weekend. So much to do and so relaxing at the same time.

Perfect location, home and amenities!
Not only was Margaret attentive but she actually cares about your stay. My wife and I took our 8-month-old for a little vacation and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We were a short walking distance the ocean and a quick walk to downtown and a nice stroll to Cannery Row. Not only is the house beautiful, but layout, multiple fireplaces, and outdoor living really was the icing on the cake. We will be back and couldn't think of staying anywhere else.
The location is awesome, very easy walk to restaurants and the ocean. Evenings in the hot tub capped off each day. We loved the upstairs loft fireplace and TV. I would note that the stairs up to the loft are not suited for individuals with any mobility issues. 2 out of 3 days parking late in the evening was a challenge for my truck, if you have a small vehicle it isn’t a problem. We would go back for sure.
Great place, great location
Clean and nice home in the middle of Pacific Grove. A long walk or a short drive to the Monterrey area. The home had a nice enjoyable back area to hang out and play some card games or jump in the hot tub. The owner and her local guy, Frank, were easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. Thanks again for the stay, we enjoyed ourselves.
Everything was wonderful. Only thing is it had a bad smell. Kind of like a dead rodent.
Everything was wonderful. The place was very clean. There was just a bad smell, like a dead rodent. We checked everything and couldn't find where it was coming from. We would stay there again, great location, beautiful home.
We loved this home!
We loved staying in this home for a family meet-up. Great location and all the amenities you could want. We will be back!

Enjoy a walking tour of downtown Pacific Grove. The town had its beginning in 1875 as a summer Methodist camp where several hundreds assembled to worship amidst rough tents. Tour brochures are available at the Chamber. http://www.pacificgrove.org/
