Beach front with large balcony on the 8th floor. Spectacular view of the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. Few buildings in Bonita Beach have such a high floor with unobstructed view on a large balcony. Recently renovated kitchen with new appliances. Minutes away from Fort Myers and downtown Bonita Springs, yet quiet and peaceful enough away from the crowds. Rental is for 30 days or longer.
