High quality remodeled and fully equipped apartment with designer furniture and ocean view from all rooms directly on the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Bonita Beach Club is a gated community at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Bonita Springs, Florida. The resort offers a resortstyle pool, tennis courts, barbecue facilities, fitness center, table tennis, shuffleboard, library, billiards and much more. The apartment is in a prime location in the 6th floor with stunning ocean views from all rooms. Sunsets can be watched every evening from both lanais. You can also observe Pelicans fishing directly in front of the door and dolphins swimming by. At night the waves of the ocean will lull you to sleep.

Amenities of the apartment include 2 bedrooms with balconies, a master bedroom with large king bed and direct attached master bath and a guest bedroom with very comfortable queensize sofa bed and private bath. Latest Flat Screen LED TVs with BlueRay / DVD Player and Wifi Highspeed Internet in all rooms. Large living and dining area with comfortable sofas and relax chair as well as dining area for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side fridge-freezer combination, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Washer and dryer are also available.

The large covered lanai in front of the living room invites you to linger and dine. Or simply enjoy the fantastic view of the tropical garden, the pool and the ocean.

The view was great and everyone was nice but the construction noise was terrible, shower drains both had hairballs in them. beds were quite uncomfortable. Certainly not worth the price we paid.

Our stay in this unit was beyond expectation. The view from the lanai looks on to the pool and Gulf beyond, but the view from the bedrooms and deck is spectacular, looking 30 miles+ to the north with undeveloped beach and river views and Fort Meyers way beyond. The unit way well furnished and very comfortable. 6th floor easy to access by elevator.

Outstanding unit, exceeded expectations

Situated at the tip of a peninsula, BBC is surrounded by water on three sides. The condo has front and back access to views of the pool, beach and inlet. Shelling is in abundance. Great breeze being on the 6th floor with exquisite sunsets. The only negative is the second bedroom has a pullout couch vs beds, but we new that going in.

Great Family Spot

The property was clean and well kept. The property manager was easy to communicate with and really just a lovely person. I don’t know how common this is, but I think we may have been the only unit occupied on our floor, so it was very private. We were able to sit on the screened in balcony and not even have anyone walk past. The shared pool was spacious and had very few guests. We had views of the ocean from the front porch and views of the bay from the back balcony. The beach right in front of the complex was also clean and serene! A few swimmers, some fishermen, and some families just enjoying, but at times you could have an entire section of beach to yourself! It’s so beautiful and peaceful and is a great place for families to unwind and reconnect!

Natural Beauty. Relaxing.

We really liked where the unit is located. It is at the end of the strip and is very quiet. Not much traffic. You have a great view of the Gulf, The Beach, Hickory Pass, and a large Mangrove(?) patch. Really cool natural beauty. On both our weekends the Pass became very crowded with a wide variety of activities. If you like a lot of action this would be the spot for you. We preferred to stay away from the crowd and there are plenty of ways to do that. The fishing was very good both on the beach and in the pass. Nothing huge but the action kept both of us interested the 10 days we were there. Shelling for my wife was excellent as well.

We've stayed at the BBC in the past and love it! This particular property was in excellent condition and had all the amenities one could ask for. We enjoyed it so much that we are hoping to rent again next year!

Das Paradies vor der Tür

Wir verbrachten hier unseren wohl schönsten Strandurlaub, den wir je hatten. Jegliche Möglichkeiten von Pool über Strand, Fitness und Boot fahren direkt vor der Tür. Und die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke nochmal.

Beautiful condo expertisely apoonted woth everything you can imagine you may need on vacation.

We could not be better taken care at 5 star luxury resort . Most beautiful view we’ve ever seen , friendliest people we’ve ever met and the host was available on a moments notice to answer any questions whether it pertained to our stay or just local information! Lots of organized activities by the owners like yoga by the pool, water aerobics, game night, book club, worship service , Thirsty Thursday and more . It was heavenly. We will be back soon!

Voll ausgestattet bis ins Detail ( IceCubeMaker, Grillzangen) Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit tollem Poolbereich aus dem man wunderbar auf den Golf-Sunset schauen kann! Was will man mehr? Es war alles exakt wie beschrieben und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr korrekt und unkompliziert.Preis-/Leistung topp. Super- komme sicher wieder.
