Here you'll have your very own jetted tub where you can relax and give your body a well-deserved rest. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the TV, and get ready to experience relaxation firsthand. If you start feeling a tad chilly, the fireplace will keep you warm for as long as you stay.

Stroll along the Riverwalk and enjoy beautiful views of the Wisconsin River, work up a sweat in the fitness center, and be sure to check the calendar for a variety of year-round events. Less than four miles south is the heart of Wisconsin Dells where dining options are on every corner. Exciting adventures await at Timber Falls Adventure Park, a family-friendly park that offers four mini-golf courses and incredible rides.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

There is no need to check in at the front desk. You will receive an email providing you with the code for access to the unit.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

If you need to cancel, please contact the entity that you booked your reservation through to cancel your booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
