Enjoy our newly remodeled beautifully furnished home right on the national scenic Little Miami River only a quarter mile from the Loveland Bike Trail. Amazing views with access to canoeing, kayaking and biking. Sit on the deck and enjoy the privacy of the front yard. Huge comfortable family room. Fully stocked Kitchen. Situated between Loveland, Milford and Montgomery. 3 mile bike ride to Milford, 6 to Loveland to enjoy the local entertainment areas. 1.7 miles to I275 & 12 to Kings Island.

Very comfy and cozy. Great area, not too far from anything but still great nature scene and we loved that! Fire wood was available for the fire pit, there were also multiple grills available to use, and great comfy furniture and blankets. It was perfect for my fiances birthday.

Kings Island Getaway

Our growing family of young adults enjoyed our stay in Loveland! We were 15 minutes from Kings Island and about 20 minutes from Cincinnati. Perfect location. Quiet (birds in the morning), and the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms!! Wonderful stay.

A great space for the entire family

We have lots of family in the area and visit frequently, especially lately for wedding festivities. The house offered ample space for the entire family rather than getting hotel rooms. The treehouse was a hit, and the river access nearby was super fun. Close to the highway and Kroger, a perfect spot for a family visit!

We stayed in town for a family party and had a big crew. The home was perfect and offered adequate space, plus the added peace of a quiet, river’s edge property. News Years Eve Stay

Our adult family of 7 stayed at this lovely river home. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, and even larger inside than we exoected feom ohotos. The home had been upgaded from photos online. Two beautiful bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms had big beds in them. There was plenty of soace for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend and stay again!!

Peaceful and well appointed

Our band needed a quick stop over for a show we had in Cinci. This was a very clean, comfortable, well appointed home that is located near a quaint little town and just above a river. Although fine for us, a great place if you have grandparents, friends, and some kiddos as it’s very kid friendly. There’s two extra bedrooms and bathroom in the basement which took me a min to find but was thankful that they were there!

Property lies over 100 yds. off of main road. Very private and quiet area. Huge lawn (.6 acre?). Very roomy, with a living room and large family room with very large Smart TV. Two bedrooms downstairs, along with washer/dryer. Overall, well worth the price.

What we needed

We were in town visiting family and needed a nice clean well-kept house to stay in. This rental provided that place. It had a really nice, large outdoor area with multiple tables and chairs set up in various spots where you could relax. One spot allowed a view of the Little Miami River and we could watch kayaks being launched. The furniture was nice and the TV room and living room were well done from a visual standpoint.

Centrally located.

Very handy for us and our dogs. Taking them out was easy. I would only make 2 suggestions. An exterior light is needed at the back door and something needs to be done to make the front, family room door more easy to use. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if need be.

Nature Retreat

Cozy place to stay with lots of trees and a view of the river. My young boys called it the “Nature Home” and loved playing in the big yard. Clean older home with nice updated bathroom. Large open room added on is a great place to gather and look out the large windows at the beautiful scenery or snuggle up and watch tv. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the porch while the kids played. Location is easy to get to off the highway but even though driveway is marked by house number it’s a little hidden, especially at night, so look closely. Overall, a pleasant & relaxing place to stay.
